Demolition by mechanical means (JCB with breaker/Electrical Hammer) of PCC plinth and hard standing in ground floors & pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) without disturbing the existing structure / services on ground and removal of demolished material by mechanical means out side defence land all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregte) as in sub base or mass concreting complete all as specified and directed

Repair of existing sliding door operated by mechanical means by welding /removal ti and weld the new members /oiling /greaseing / pintal higes repair or any other suitable fitting /fixture required to make the door to moveable. Note: (i) Any steel members use for welding shall be paid seprately any damages occurs to motor fitted with the door to be repaired by contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Suitable electrical resistance required for operation of door will be provided by department.

Repair of existing sliding door operated by maunal means by welding /removal ti and weld the new members /oiling /greaseing / pintal higes repair or any other suitable fitting /fixture required to make the door to moveable. Note: (i) Any steel members use for welding shall be paid seprately. (ii) Rate for changing of pully/wheel of any size fixed in the door or bigger size pully/wheel required to be changed as per site requirement shall be deemed to be included in this item.

S&F Framed /Ornamental work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors of thickness n exc 50 mm including water and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for machine pressed precast conctete inter locking paver block of any shape ans size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade fixed with grey cement no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates, bonds and the like including weathering complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in cover slabs, set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain faces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under respectivee item of Schedule 'A'.

Preparation of old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous roads, pavments surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth with wire brushes etc. and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings with one coat of water thinable/ matt finished road marking paint white/ orange/ yellow/ black or any other colour as approved by GE complete all as specified. Make : Apcotrack manufactured by Asian paints/ Gulde line of Berger or equivalent make as specified as approved by GE. Note : - Thickness of paint shall be minimum 40 micron (Dry film thickness) for each coat after application.

Material and labour for painting lines on road with hot applied thermoplastic compound paint n exc 15 cm wide with confirimg to MORTH specifications mechanically applied to form a 1.5 mm thick film with reflective glass powder on road surface including cleaning and dring the existing road surface to ensure dust oil, grease and moisture free surface before appling the paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high strength epoxy concrete ( FOSROC - Expocrete EC) filling for area prepared by cutting manualy or mechanicaly/cleaning/drying by blower, epoxy concrete prepared by mixing of prepacked Expocrete EC having base (B), Hardner (H), fine filler (FF) with 6 - 10mm graded stone aggregate (CA) at site in the specified proportion by weight (B : H : FF : CA - 4.537 : 2.145 : 20.818 : 30) as per manufacturer's instructions . The epoxy concrete shall be applied to prepared and primed surface within 30 minutes of mixing, finished with a steel trowel to fair and even surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for racking of joints, removing old sealing compound, dirt etc from Dummy /Construction joint of 30 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' Filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 12mm dia,priming top 12 mm (two coat) and filling with polyurethene/ polysulphide based sealing compound using masking tape on edges of joint to avoid accidental slippage of sealant on top surface of pavements complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for racking of joint/removing old any sealing compound ,dirt from Expansion joint 20mm wide and 40 mm deep cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter , filling the joint with closed cell ,medium density cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 20 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints priming top with specified primer suitable for polyurathene sealing compound and filling polyurathene sealent 10 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of 600mm dia punched tape concertina coil fixed in repairs all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, in camouflage pattern, any tinted , including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in (camouflage pattern), including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old Painted surfaces of AC Sheets by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and applying one coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, any tinted as in (camouflage pattern), including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and top surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying acrylic based Weather Coat exterior grade emulsion, two coats, in camouflage pattern, any tinted over a coat of suitable primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No. 36 to 42 : (i) The Items may required to be done in patches also. (ii) The work is for maintenance of various assests. Demand for works will be given to contractor as per requirement through out the contract period. Contractor shall have no extra claim on this account.

Cleaning the surface of runway with wire brush and air compressor, making the surface free from dust and applying one coat of polymereic modified bitumen emulsion (PME) by spraying with tractor linked tyre mounted bitumen emulsion sprayer (controlled) with compressor (minimum emulsion carrying capacity 2500 litres) capable to apply uniformly at required pressure with 0.40 Ltr (undiluted) PME diluted in 0.40 Ltr water (ration 1:1 (PME : Water) to be applied uniformly on 1 Sqm area and ensure uniform finish of runway complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified.

Materials and labour for pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates in cover slabs, set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows,letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, acua based (any tint) including preparation of old painted concrete/bituminous surface by rubbing and washing complete all as specified.

Material and labour for painting lines on road with hot applied thermoplastic compound paint n exc 10cm wide with confirimg to MORTH specifications mechanically applied to form a 1.5mm thick film with reflective glass powder on road surface including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust oil, grease and moisture free surface before appling the paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the cracks with wire brush, making the surfaces free from dust and material & labour for applying slurry seal containing Polymeric modified bitumen emulsion, fine aggregate, cement and water and the cracks shall be filled with the above mixture by trowel application, the size of cracks 2mm to 6mm and a depth of upto 10mm. After filling the cracks with the above compound, top surface of the cracks shall be finished with the same compound upto the width of 75mm uniformly and ensured finish of area complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specefied.

Repair to broken spalled cracks etc of existing concrete slab/ bitumen pavements by cutting 'U' grooves with mechenical cutter, cleaning the joint portion throughly to ensure dust free using compressed air removing all dust/ debries out of runway and filling crack of size 10mm to 12mm wide and depth not exceeding 12mm with black or grey bitumen tubing/ rope and finished the top surface smooth by thorching/ heating with blow lamp all as per manufactures instructions and coomplete all as specified.

M&L for provn of 600mm dia punched tape concertina coil fixed in repairs complete all as specifed and as directed.
