Supply of C.I SPUN Pipes as per is 1536/2001 Amendment No :3 July 2008 a Class

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank withinitial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 M in narrow trencheshaving bed width 1.25m & below for laying of pipesfor water supply and sewerage works in the followingtype of Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth,shales, murram gravel, stoney earth and earth mixedwith small size boulders and hard gravelly soil.SS20B

Shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x height of 3m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314-1986 by driving on both sides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths (i) 0-3mts.,(ii) 0-4mts.,(iii) 0-5mts., (iv) 0-6mts.,(v) 0-7mts. and (vi) 0-8mts.

Lowering of C.I Pipes and specials in the treches and laying to proper grade and alignment ad as directed by the TWAD Officers

Jointing the C.I Pipes Pipes and specials with molten lead and Yarn including caulking the joints (Including cost of Joining materials )

Refilling with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well ramned and consolidated including watering and complying with standard specification etc., complete

Testing of pipes for water supply with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes but including other incidential and operational charges etc., complete for the following diametres of pipes.

Barricading work (Where, there is less traffic areas and broader roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Caution and Danger Board in 12’’ X 8’’ size metal sheet of 3mm thick with lettering of 2.5” font size with flourescent paint both in English and Tamil as directed by TWAD board officers.

Replacement of Underground Utilities (PVC Pipe) damaged during earthwork excavation for pipe laying works including cost of additional earthwork excavation in all soil strata, including BT/CC road cutting, removal of slushy soil and replacing the pipeline with sound pipe, including supply and delivery of PVC pipes, couplers, jointing materials and required specials, cutting, conveying , laying, jointing and cost of refilling for the additional earthwork etc complete and as directed by the TWAD board officers.

Dewatering using 3HP to 70HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm & 0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36mm & 0.396m3 of 2.36mm and below metal graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/basecourse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the Prime surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 -2.35mm and 0.25cum of 2.35 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.
