Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6, using 40 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, shuttering, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, scaffolding, shuttering, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:6 using hard granite stones including hammer dressing the stones, providing bond stones as per specifications ,raking out the joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete as per specifications.

In foundation and basement

In superstructure above plinth at all elevations.

Providing ,placing in position and removing Form work for all insitu concrete works including scaffolding etc., complete at all elevations as per drawing and specification (measurement for form work shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces)

Providing and constructing brick masonry in CM 1:6, using country bricks, including scaffolding, curing and racking out joints etc complete as per specifications and drawings.

In superstructure above plinth at all elevations.

Providing and laying M20/25 Design mix concrete with cement content up to 350kg/Cum using 20mm and down graded stone aggregates including Mixing ,Ramming, Compaction, leveling, curing, placing at all lifts, including scaffolding and Finishing smooth all exposed faces complete as per specification.

Providing cutting ,bending placing and tying mild steel, high yield steel reinforcement in RCC works including providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2, binding wires etc.complete at all elevations as per drawings and specifications including dewatering wherever necessary etc complete as per drawings and specifications

STEEL WORK

Providing, fabricating and erection of Structural steel members made out of M.S. angles, flats, plates, pipes, channels, tubes, rods etc conforming to relevant IS etc., including cost of welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required and providing and applying two or more coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate yellow primer etc., as per drawings and specifications

Plastering using crushed sand

Plastering of external faces of brick work/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves, plaster bands, border, keystone etc wherever required all as per drawings and specifications

Providing cement plaster for the internal faces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing flush pointing on Stone work in cement mortar 1:3 including scaffolding, curing etc all as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying Exterior Emulsion Paint of Apex of Asian paints/Weather cote of Lewis Berger /Weather shield of ICI Dulux/Sumo Xtra of Nippon/Nerolac make & shade in two or more coats to give an even shade over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions to the external plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces, scaffolding etc. at all elevations, complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying Plastic Emulsion paint of Asian paints /Lewis Berger /ICI Dulux/Nippon/Nerolac make of approved shade in two or more coats over a coat of primer including preparation of surface with required coats of putty using Birla/ JK make, sand papering etc., to get good finish at all elevations, all as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying two coats of First Quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian paints/ Lewis Berger/ ICI Dulux make of approved colour over a coat of primer on new wood / steel work, suitably prepared for receiving the paint by surface scraping, rubbing applying filler etc., including cost of filler primer, paint etc all complete as per drawings and specifications

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conformimg to specifications,mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm),having CBR Value -30, as per clause 401 of MORT & H specification complete in all respect.

Providing and Fixing roofing at all elevations using Zinc-Aluminium alloy coated profile sheet of 0.45 mm thickness of TATA "Durashine" make or equivalent of approved colour including all shapes, over laps, side cladding, ridges, eaves board, gutters etc., including Supplying and Fixing of necessary 6mm dia J or L GI hooks, bolts, nuts, screws, bitumen washers, sealing of joints etc., complete all as per manufacturer's recommendations including scaffolding as per drawings and specifications. (Note: Payment shall be made only to the superficial area. No over laps, corrugations /profile shall be measured)

Providing and Fixing chain link fencing to M S Angle posts using PVC coated GI wire chain link fencing 50x50x9 G as per IS-2721 using TATA or equivalent make GI wire, with 6 mm dia MS rods tied vertically on posts including providing PVC coated 4 mm dia GI wire horizontally at top and bottom, 6mm dia MS rods tied vertically on posts using 16G G.I annealed binding wire etc., complete as per drawings and specifications

Writing letters or figures on any surface for 100mm high with approved quality synthetic enamel paint two or more coats including cost of paint of approved colour and brand etc. complete (Stops, comas, hyphens not to be measured separately )the cost includes the base paint also.

Providing and fixing Brass Wire Mesh in double layers to Ventilator post of Gas godown using Brass Wire mesh,plain weave woven,as per IS Standards specifications,size more than 11 perforation per 1 CM gauge mesh in double layer , including scaffolding at all elevation,complete as per drawing and specification.

Providing and laying Bitumen mastic flooring of specified thickness as per IS 1195,by approved make ,including applying necessary Bitumen solution primer coats where ever required,including preparation of the laying surface,cleaning,protecting ,curing,including all materials,necessary equipments,labours etc,complete as per approved drawing and specifications.

Providing and Fixing 20mm thick Exterior grade designer tiles of approved colour and design over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 laid and pointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigments to match with the shade of the tile including rubbing, curing, in Staircases (both tread & riser), Walkway areas, Entrances etc., as per drawings and specifications

Providing and fixing of flame proof light fitting inside the LPG storage room complete with all connections etc as required.

Providing of fixing of 25W LED light fitting at compound wall complete with all connections and termination,bring the light into operable condition.

Providing and laying of 4Cx 10 sq.mm FRLS copper cable including termination to MCB distribution board, along with cable glands of suitable size.

Providing and fixing 8 way Double door single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, powder painting including earthing as required.

Wiring for power circuit from Distribution board with 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required...
