Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber ( earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil. directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain/ reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1 : 2: 4 [ one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetres) nominal size] mixed deign to obtain the minimum compressive strength of grade M-20 ( twenty) in open foundations including the cost of form work and curing complete in flooring as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications for Roads Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely). including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing prepainted steel sheet roofing over steel members/trusses, prepanted galvanised steel hot dip metalic zinc coated sheet with the topcoat of regular modified polyster ( R.M.P.) organic coating of 20 ( twenty micron) over 5 ( five ) micron runner plus back coat of polyster of micron over 5 ( five ) microns primer coating 0.60 mm thickness (having 1060 mm covered with over all width 1126 mm) including all leads lifts and carriage of materials, as per the direction of Engineer-Incharge. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing ridges or hips 60 cms.(Sixty centimeters) Overall in prepanted galvanised steel hot dip metalic zinc coated sheet with the topcoat of regular modified polyster ( R.M.P.) organic coating of 20 ( twenty micron) over 5 ( five ) micron runner plus back coat of polyster of micron over 5 ( five ) microns primer coating 0.60 mm thickness (having 1060 mm covered with over all width 1126 mm) fixed with J or L hooks 8 mm(Eight milimeter) dia with limpet and butumen washers complete including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing fixing 25 cm wide 65 cm overall semicircular plain PGI. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40 X 3 mm size bolt and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections withrain water pipe copmlete as per design.0.63 mm thick sheet. including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
