Supply & fixing in repair wooden seat made out of Ist class hard wood (Teak) made to shape for Chair CB steel with arms duly caned with 2 to 2.5 mm wide half round plastic cane except border which shall be 3mm thick flat plastic cane of approved quality as per Godrej pattern with & including fixing with machine screw 4mm dia and 75mm long with nuts and washers through holes in the wooden frame including painting with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Black colour) over one coat of pink primer on wooden surface and applying spray painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint (OG colour) to tubular steel frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Chair CB steel without arms :- Seat & back shall be of size 430mm x 380mm & 360mm x 380mm respectively as required or as per sample kept in GE’s office.

Supply & fixing in replacement flat iron stiffiner of size 25 mm x 3 mm thick, 450 mm long fixed under the wooden seat of the Chair CB steel with arms or without arms by welding so that the wooden seat can rest on it including spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel OG paint of approved colour over a coat of primer to match with Chair including all minor repairs and S&F of PVC cap at top of back tubular steel frame and 04 Nos PVC shoes provided at bottom of chair fixed with full thread screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Flat iron stiffner shall be provided to each chair and cost of the same shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) Cost of minor repairs shall also included in the quoted rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Drg No. FD-75(M)

Supply and fixing in replacement Arm of chair tubular steel made out of Ist class hard wood (Shisham) made to shape and size as shown on drawings, fixing with MS screw of 50 mm size including two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for welding around the broken MS steel frames of chair CB steel and other steel chairs and applying one coat of red oxide primer to the welding point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Drg No. FD-75(M) & TP

(c) Locking device of brass bright finish, six lever with key in duplicate and fixed with new nut, bolt & making it fully functional in all respects.

Removing unserviceable Ply Top from Charpoy iron pipe with hard top and supply and fixing new ply 12mm thick 7 ply, commercial type, exterior grade (BWR) on top suitable for GI charpoy as shown in drg of approximate size 1980mm x 900mm with mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of 6mm dia, 70mm long with GI washer (heavy weight) (Nos bolts to be used 12 Nos ) "MES" will be embossed on four corner of the ply top all as approved by GE and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Drg No. - FD/MAP-II/01 Make of Plywood :- Century / Kitply / Green Ply / Archid Ply Note: The size of 12mm thick, 7 ply, commercial type, exterior grade (BWR) viz 1980mm x 900mm is firm. No tolerance in size of ply shall be accepted.

M&L for removing unserviceable PVC shoe of Charpoy with hard top and providing new best quality PVC shoe all as approved by GE and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Drg No. - FD/MAP-II/01

M&L for continuous electric arc welding around broken joints of long rails, short rails, legs etc. of charpoy IP hard top & bed hard MAP steel all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/8R & FD/MAP-II/I ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 55625/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
