EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exceeding 1.0 Km but not exceeding 1.5 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core of guage not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rolled/ rammed to true surfaces of broken stone boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

CONCRETE WORK

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5mm grade stone aggregate as in roof for uniform slope etc. of any thickness at any height and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass in subfloors, subbase, floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Inner girth shall be measured.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in coping, bed block and like including necessary form work and finishing surfaces fair and even with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintel blocks, copings, 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for gunniting RCC works in column beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies etc. by removing/ dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) and cutting of steel bar including plaster, cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy paint, anti-corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick to rusted steel reinforcement after removing/cleaning all rust and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mmx75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facias/drops and similar works etc. and epoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface (as per manufacturers instructions) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm and applying 25mm - 40mm thick gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one part of cement and two parts of sand/stone dust (best locally available) using ordinary portland cement of 43 grade over wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

BRICK WORK

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exeeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

STONE MASONRY

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

WOOD WORK

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to edges of flat surfaces of concrete, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide (Where RCC/PCC band in walls, spanning and opening) for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

BUILDER'S HARDWARE WORK

Supply and fixing 150 mm aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 200mm long aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 250mm long aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 50mm size, 2 levers brass locks for drawer of grade-I complete all as specified and as directed.

STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND IRON WORK

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fillted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 22.5cm and not exceding 30cm long, dia of shank 16 to 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incluing cranking, bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length bent to shape required incluing cranking, bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel sections as in joist, channel, angle, tubular or tee sections, fixed independentaly without connecting plates, etc. (cut to rdinary length i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) of Gde Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel sections as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410-W Gde E-250 quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour fro mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes as in main and cross beams, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel sections framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-410 -W Gde E- 250 quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing welded steel wire fabric exceeding 4 Kg/ Sqm welded to steel section at any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium powder coated door shutters of any colour (thickness of powder coating not less than 50micron) aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles two nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters slidding window, strikes bottom rail and top rail including neccessary fitting jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap beading 10mmx10mm anodised aluminium handle 150mm etc. including frame not less weighing 0.55 kg/m and including 4.8mm thick tinted sheet glass ordinery quality and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing bands, straps, supports angles or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy for large gates, hook and pintol hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium powder coated frame (minimum 50 micron powder coating) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including cleat for fixing etc. aluminium sections to be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodized deco grill MG-104 (100mmx105mm) including necessry FUH channel joint cleats screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

ROOF COVERING WORK

Supply and fixing plain, black, mild steel sheeting in ridges 1.2mm, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof /valley gutter/cladding of wall, fixed with self tapping screws and all joints to be sealed by silicone sealant complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cast iron rain water pipe 150mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron 150mm dia bends in any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying AAP based water proofing treatment on newly prepaired surfaces by torch application complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the followings:- (a) Apply evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (b) A coat of bonding bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as second course. (c) Laying of APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE, weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm and clear thickness of membrane 3mm, having outer film 20 micron each. (d) A coat of bonding bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as third course. (e) Finishing of top surface by two coats of aluminium paint

CEILING AND LININGS

Supply and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 18/19 mm thick particle board, medium density, flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed with screws to timber frame work plywood board BWP on wall surfaces with screws and wooden plugs, pasting in decorative laminate type 0.9mm thick of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions over 18mm thick plywood complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Colour and pattern as approved and adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Rate shall be deemed to include for removal of all electric fittings and electronic equipments and refixing of all electric fittings and electronic equipments on the same position

Material and labour for false ceiling of approved make (ISI marked) with 4mm thick fibre cement designer board fixed and including galvanised iron steel angle grid 600x600mm size suspended system fixed to MS framed work of approved make and section as specified in SSR Part I with suitable hook/fasteners and GI/aluminium suspenders not less than 3mm dia @ 1.00m c/c minimum, ceiling system is to be fixed in water level without any sag complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 6mm thick solid polycarbonate transparent sheet fixed to metal frame using MS flat, clips, screws, nuts and bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- MS flat shall be measured and paid separately.

FLOOR FINISHES WORK

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick as in subfloors, subbase, floors and pavings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 40mm thick type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick (minimum size 55 cms x 55 cms) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 6mm thick PU (Polyurethane) flooring complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- (i) The surafce shall be cleaned by mechanical means to remove laitance and loose material from the surface. (ii) The cracks and joints in the exisiting floor shall be widened and filing the same with epoxy based mortar made of epoxy resin and silica in the ratio of 1:7. (iii) Applying a two component epoxy based resin rich primer in ratio of 2:1 for better adhesion between base concrete and epoxy screed. (iv) Applying three component epoxy based heavy duty self smoothing screed in 3.8mm thickness consisting of resin hardener and filler components in ratio 1:3 and mixed at site. (v) Removing floor strip and filling the same by using epoxy if required on ground.

PLASTERING AND POINTING WORK

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on beam or or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical grinder including preparation of surfaces of old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment using mechanical grinder including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting to exposed CI/GI/MS pipe lines of air pressure lines any type/make/size including sluice valves, fittings and non return valves complete all as per specified colour code after cleaning and scraping out old paint including writing/marking with appropriate size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

ELECTRICAL WORK

Material and labour for point wiring complete with PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR, multistranded copper conductor cable conforming to ISI:684 of size 1.5 Sqmm, two single core drawn through in and including PVC concealed conduit pipe 20mm dia medium grade ISI marked complete with one run of PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm, single core green colour earth wire and connecting to earth dolly including colour coding of cable for phase, neutral and earth wire for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one modular type switch 5 Amps single pole one way complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR, multistranded copper conductor cable conforming to ISI:684 of size 1.5 Sqmm, two single core drawn through in and including PVC concealed conduit pipe 20mm dia medium grade ISI marked complete with one run of PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm, single core green colour earth wire and connecting to earth dolly including colour coding of cable for phase, neutral and earth wire for one modular socket outlet 5/3 pin 5 Amps controlled by one switch on the same board complete all specified and as directed.

NOTE:- 3 runs of 10 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR copper conductor cable ISI marked and one run of PVC conduit of size 25mm dia shall be measured as single unit.

Supply and fixing double door sheet metal enclosure DB's for mounting MCB of 240 volts, 8 way SPN with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar single pole and neutral and fixing in position including copper lugs for cable connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB, single pole, 240 volts, upto 40 Amps, 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.
