M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on one side of lathing in two separate layers finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of reed, lathing single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing with and including provision of GI wire netting 0.71 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing in to reed in walls incl all laps cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick in CM (1:6) on other side of lathing and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete work finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement including taking down old plaster from its position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster from its position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete work finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
