Repair ,testing assembling and complete commissioning of VT Pump including fabrication of different parts of cooling water system of 3x40MW SVP Bhaba Power House. under Electrical Maintenance division HPSEBL, Bhabanagar

Repair/replacement of different parts of 7 stage impeller as follow:- ** Repair eroded/damaged impellers by means of brazzing and buffing and grinding to its original profile. ** Replacement of damaged gunmetal bushes and mac-ring of each stage of impeller. ** Removing of all the corroded layer of impeller by means of buffing therefer after applying the epoxy paint on impeller complete body.

Fabrication of impeller shaft of SS 410 help of turning, machining as per following dimensional (as per sample):- ** Dia = 40mm. ** Length = 2.5 meter long. ** Balancing the same. ** The shaft should be straight without any bend/tapper part. Surface of Shaft should be machined properly. ** One side of shaft will have Anti-clockwise threads upto an lengh of 75 mm. (** NOTE:- Threads must be clear without ant play and should match the socket**) ** Material SS 410.

Providing and replacement of impeller SS HT studs MI6x70 mm (with nut and spring washer) and 20 nos impeller bolts MI6x85 mm.

Providing and replacement of column pipe HT SS M12x70 mm bolt & nut with spring washer.

Providing and replacement of all damaged strainer nuts, bolt & spring washers with new one of SS material.

Providing and Fabrication plan bush of gun metal/phosphor bronze having following specification:- ** OD= 83mm. ** ID =49 mm. ** 2 Nos. V-shape groove inside of ID for lubrication. ** Length = 120 mm long and anticlock wise threads in 120 mm.(Thread size as per sample). ** NOTE:- Threads must be clear without ant play and should match the inclusive tube (Sleeves).

Providing and Fabrication Collar Bush of gun metal/phosphor bronze having folloring specification:- ** OD= 83mm on top. ** OD= 82mm on discharge case side. ** ID =49 mm on top side. ** ID = 48.5 mm on discharge case side. ** Length = 130 mm long including center collar. ** NOTE:- Threads must be clear without any play and should match the parts.

Providing and fabrication Gland Cup having of SS 410 material:- ** Flange O.D = 198mm and 8 Nos. hole in flange for stud M10x30. ** Gland Cup will be Anti-clock threaded from non-flange end side from ID. ** The threads of gland cup should match the 475 mm long inculsive tube (small sleeve). ** There should not be any mismatch and play in the threads. A new groove for O-ring in Gland Cup Shalll be .

Providing and fabrication of SS 410 material Gland pressing nut with Gunmetal Bush:- ** OD= 111 mm. ** ID=89 mm. ** Top side will be nut having size=78 mm. ** Gunmetal bush fittied in nut as per sample having ID 48 mm.

Fabrication of Locking ring for gland Cup of SS 410 material:- ** ID = 89 mm (Must match threads of 475 mm long top sleeve). ** OD =108 mm. ** Width 20 mm. ** Holes for tighting at a gap of 40 mm in periphery of locking ring.
