Rectification Works to the damaged Ash Slurry Trench Inner Walls below GL leading from Mill Plant Operator Room South side to Compressor Room from CH 90m to CH 150m in Unit 4.

Providing RCC Patch up work for 50mm thick in RCC wall which includes: a) Chipping out the damaged RCC wall for an average depth of 50mm and cleaning the surface thoroughly free of all dusts and cleaning the debris away from site. b) Providing and fixing 75mm x 50mm (3mm thick) weld mesh in the damaged portions. C) Applying One coat of Nitobond AR mixed with cement slurry in the ratio of 1:1 over the concrete surface, including cost of all materials, labours lead lift etc., complete. d) Patch up work with RCC 1:1.5:3 for 50mm thick using 6 to 10mm jelly including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, tools, curing etc. complete.

Providing patch up in the inner wall including cleaning the surface providing primer coat of epoxy compound and applying 10mm thick epoxite epoxy screeding, using quartz sand and epoxy resin and hardner including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Providing two coats of epoxite epoxy seal coat over screeding surface using epoxy resin and hardener, rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc complete.

Removing the spalled/ distressed concrete for an average thickness of 50mm including disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the surface thoroughly with Reebaklens fosroc acid/equivalent with all lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Micro Concrete for RCC (50mm Thickness) without shuttering a) Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacture's specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 50mm including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. B) Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Dismantling the existing damaged RCC for the required width & depth as per the instruction of Engineer in charge and disposing the debris 1 Km away from the site including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete.

Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP cement with 12 to 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, tools, curing etc. complete excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement.

Labour charges for cutting, welding, fabrication & laying in position of the MS boiler tubes / MS Plates including cost of labour charges, cutting, fabrication charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for old steel surface including cost of all materials, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Supplying and providing Nito floor hard top over the existing PCC concrete surface of 5Kg/sqm and rubbed smooth with power float over the base concrete including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc complete.
