Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

Demolition, Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including all existing treatment such as tar felt, mud phuska etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of corrugated or plain steel sheetingd ,etc) any gauge sheets in roof covering All as specified by engr-in -chagre

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position exc 250 ltr n.exc 500 ltr cap etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT 6 to 8 mm cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia conformig to Fe 500.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer all as specified and directed

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm agg) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using agg as in roof padding etc all as specified and directed

M&L for treatment of roof with reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane of 100 micron thickness in four layer having SRI of 130, tested as per ASTM E 1980 (with Solar Reflectance and Thermal emittance tested as per ASTM C 1549 and ASTM C1371, respectively), The coating should have water absorption less than 1% as per IS:101 (P-7/Sec-1) 1989, with the ability to resist heat up to 120 degree C as per IS : 101 (P-7/Sec-3) 1990 having VOC less than 1g / ltr as per ASTM D 3960 and should have excellent resistance to transmission of ponded water up to 3.5 bars of pressure for 7 days. It should also be resistant to Ammonia solution , Sodium nitrate, Sodium hydroxide, along with water and soap solution as per IS:101 (P-7/Sec-2)1990. The waterproofing membrane will be laminated with 25-40 micron thick transparent, Nano modified composit crosslinking polymeric coating with a minimum of 40% solid content as per IS :101 (P-8/Sec6)1993 and also should pass impact test as per IS:101(P-5/Sec3) 1988 alongwith having dust and water repellent & anti-graffiti property passing Scratch hardness test of 500g as per IS:101(P-5/Sec-2) 1988. It should also pass cross cut Adhesion test as per IS:101(P-5/Sec-2) 1988. The Polymeric coating should have a self cleaning and easy to clean property withh excellent weather stability and DPR (Dirt pick up ratio). Before laying surface preparation includes pressure wash cleaning to remove all dust, fungus etc with pressure washer after repairing the existing roof having compressive strength as per IS-4031 part 6-1988 & permeability of water as per IS 2645-2003. The work will be done under the supervision of the Engr-in-Charge by Graco airless machine & OEM should be an IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) member & GRIHA Council Certified. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall strictly be carried out by the authorised vendor/ manufacturer's with all specificatios and as approved by the Engr-in-Charge. The manufacturer shall give a guarantee for the performance & durability for 10 years.

M&L for high performance acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating with elastic adheshive to develop excellent bond with shut glass of doors/windows including cleaning of existing surface and treatment will be done by authorised applicater manufacturer. The manufacturer shall give a grarantee for the performance & durability for 10 years.

S&F 500 ltrs Rotational moulded polye thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including 20 mm pvc float valve with high density pvc ball and rod.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items of this schedule. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
