Demolition of cement concrete of ground floor not exc 15 cm in depth in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of guage not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick fine dressed sand stone slab flooring laid bedded and jointed in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. (Size and colour of sand stone slab shall be as approved by GE).

S&F factory made precast cement concrete kerb stones of size 300x150x450mm meeting strength criteria of M-25 grade set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 110mm bore PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to floor etc. as in waste complete all as specified & directed.

Surface excavation not exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel over one coat of primering paint plaster all as specified & directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground in natural ground all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails MS, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 Gde Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, and removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but not exc. 5 km and depositing where directed forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
