Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Hydrostatic Pressure transmitter to measure static water level in tube wells with Vented / Non-Vented Pressure Sensor, with Barometric Pressure Correction for Individual Sensors with sensor cable along with junction box and 10-meter signal cable and necessary accessories, complete as per the technical specifications for following sensor cable lengths.

Suitable power supply to power up PLC/RTU panel, including 1 KVA UPS for Power back up, 7” or above HMI display & Industrial type electrical fittings, cabling with suitable conduits complete for all related field instruments, as per technical specification.

Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of Energy meters for tube wells & pumping stations including all accessories, cabling and integration with Automation system as per technical specifications.

Supply, installation & commissioning of Pressure Transmitters, making proper socket in pipe & two-way gauge cock in SS 316 for isolation & installation of pressure transmitter including cabling and conduiting wiring etc. Complete. As per technical specifications

Supply, laying and installation of Analog shielded signal cable with flexible GI conduit for integration of various instruments with PLC/RTU & GPRS modem as per technical specifications

Supply, Fabrication, laying, jointing of flanged MS/ GI pipe at least 5 mm thick as per relevant IS specification of approved thickness by welding, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position at all level/ depths in trenches/over ground complete including all material, labor, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GPRS/GSM Modem with accessories, & SIM for remote OHT for transmitting data to SCADA system as per specifications.

Supply and installation of 1KVA UPS system for power backup to GPRS/ GSM modem & instruments installed at remote OHT. Including a metallic enclosure & cabling for interconnection with instruments as per specifications

Supply of Extra Analog Input & output card with 2 AI & 2AO for additional requirement for above PLC/RTU as per technical specifications

Master SCADA Station Equipment’s

Supply, testing & installation of Master server which includes Server with server Rack and industrial grade Monitor with USB, RS232/RS485, Ethernet Ports, OS Windows 8 or higher compatible to SCADA System complete as per technical specifications.

Supply, development & installation of customized SCADA software for complete tube well & pumping station automation with life time licensed version as per technical specifications.

Supply, installation & commissioning of IT Hardware, which includes required Static IP, Router with modem, Switch, firewall system and A3 color printer as per technical specifications.

Supply, installation & commissioning of 55” LED Display System for monitoring of SCADA system at Control Room as per technical specifications

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Online 3 KVA UPS with Battery system for power back up of Master control station equipment’s including cabling, industrial grade electrical fitting and integration of various equipment’s as per the technical specifications.

Charges for 5 years for high speed synchronous internet connection (min. 4 mbps upload and download speed) & Static IP for Five years for Master control room.

Divisional Control Rooms

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Work station with Client SCADA software at Divisions for monitoring & Operation of Tube wells from respective divisions including 1 KVA Ups back up, A4 printer & necessary electrical cabling, associated software & antivirus protection complete as per technical specifications

Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of 43” LED Display for monitoring of SCADA system at various divisions as per technical specifications.

Supply & communications charges for 5 years for 4G/3G broad band or dongles for providing internet accessibility for Tube well automation at divisions.

Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for SCADA Based Tube Well Automation after final acceptance of SCADA system. This includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders’ cost. The cost of Communication for GPRS/GSM & SIM charges for data transmission &other related charges. Minimum Two Service Engineer shall be placed for Operation of SCADA system.

Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, start up, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, PLC & SCADA configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment & SCADA configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies.
