Special repair of existing non residential buildings of Bn HQ 20 Assam Rifles at Tengnoupal

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Repair of Buildings)

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead etc. complete with CM 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 m lead as per direction of E- In - C of nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in colours white, Ivory, Grey,Fume red brown, laid on 20 mm thick CM (1:4), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting and risers of steps over 12 mm thick bed of CM (1:3) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying of 25 mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of CM (1 : 4).

Providing and finishing with two or more coats on New work applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade including priming coat of exterior primer applied & 2.20kg/10sqm.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on Old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface, including removing of old water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Distempering with Acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification on on Old work (one or more coats) incl preparation of old surface by removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete on Walls.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and Painting one or more coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick square edge Gypsum tile of size 595x595mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard and fixed in true horizontal level , suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section, consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick ( minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross 'T' of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in grid including required cutting/making, opening for services etc complete. Main T runner to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable wire etc all complete with white colour tiles.

Dismantling cement asbestos sheets or other hard board in ceiling , including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing PPGI sheet ridges or hips of width (500- 600mm) overall width plain sheet of 0.50 mm (+0.05%) total thickness , zinc coating fixed 120grms per sqm as per IS :277 using self drilling or self tapping screws complete.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of GS Sheet.

Half brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure in plinth level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates including centering and shuttering etc complete in drain.

Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone aggr 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, incl finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors and windows with hinges and necessary screws with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with Second class teak wood.

Renewal of old putty of glass panes (length).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty with float glass panes of thickness 4 mm.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick factory made laminated flush door shutters decorative type, core of block boards construction with frame of 1st class hard wood including stainless steel butt hinges with screws etc complete

Dismantling doors shutters including chowkhats, holdfasts etc complete of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete with 12 mm mild steel U beading.

Providing and fixing aluminum handles of size 100 mm, transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts of size 150x10 mm with necessary screws etc. Complete.

Supply and fixing aluminum sliding door bolts, transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc complete of size 250x16mm.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - II (Internal Electrifications)

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel conduit including dismantling as required (Group B) .

Supply and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amps modular switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 15/16 amps modular switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Supply and fixing brass batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 63 Amp TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc

Supplying and fixing 6 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supply and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required of 16amp

Supply and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required of 5amp

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amps modular socket outlet on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing 2x2.5 Sqm mm of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 m long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required Upto 450 mm sweep.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.
