M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces on walls by filling wall putty in depressions, sand papering etc and making the surface smooth and applying 01 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 20 sq.m/litre/1 coats by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering work, internal emulsion etc from internal surfaces of walls with mechanical means/grinder and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over a coat of wall care putty and applying a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles in 300x300x7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc as approved matching with wall tiles, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & incl and over 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F vitreous china premium/1st quality wash basin (under counter), white, size 580x430 mm including S&F all accessories as recommended by manufacturer complete fixed in position in all respect as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.
