Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exceeding 25 cm in Hard/dense soil including removal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in column pillars boundry pillars and posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 , ( using 40mm grade aggregate)75 mm thick as in flooring including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel work in tubular truss/vertical posts including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes cofirming to IS 1161 -1979 grade st -240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering/cladding to wall ,fixed with self tapping screws including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Rolled Mild steelsections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Mild steel plate girder or single stanchions,built up of one beam of channel section with flange plates,caps,bases,splices,angle brackets,cleats and other connections conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Preparation of new Steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to the surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread moorum/red bajri filling in mounds laid in layers n.exc 15 cms thick spread, levelled to the shape of mound and ramming including watering complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Stack measurements shall be considered for payment.

Supply and spread poeta soil (garden soil) mixed with requisite quantity of pesticides and fertilizers while filling complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Stack measurements shall be considered for payment.

Supply and spread dry gober manure mixed with requisite quantity of pesticides and filled along with the garden soil in alternate layers complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Stack measurements shall be considered for payment.

Supply and plant dry American/ korean grass in mud patches and watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and plant hedges like Akalita Aspar / Duranta varigated by digging in trenches of size 300mm wide and 300mm deep and filling soil obtained from same location upto 200mm height and balance 100mm depth filled with garden soil and manure mixed in the required proportion and planting hedges of height 300mm above GL and removal of soil, debris, weeds to a distance exc 250m and not exc 500m and watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and planting Fox tail palm tree of height 8 feet to 12 feet by digging pit of size 450 x 450 x 600mm and filling soil obtained from same location upto 450mm and balance depth filled with garden soil and manure mixed in the required proportion and planting hedges of height 300mm above GL and removal of soil, debris, weeds to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and watering etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge NOTE:- The rate quoted by the tenderer for item Nos : 18,19 and 20 of BOQ shall be inclusive of 10 % of extra plants supplied during Phase I period and maintenance of plants/Grass during Phase II period . In this connection , the tenderer attention is invited to Schedule A notes Nos : 5,6, 7 a to d ,8 and 9 of tender documents.

Maintaining the plant carpet grass,flower plant etc by watering and providing required manure complete all as specified and as directed.
