REPAIR / MAINT OF MINI FIRING RANG IN TECH AREA AND REPAIR / MAINT OF SEWAGE NETWORK, INCLUDING CLEANING OF MANHOLES AND REPAIR OF STORM WATER DRAIN IN TECH AREA AT AF STN HASI MARA

Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc, including disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick work, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3.00 here-in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note-(i) Bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for cleaning of old bricks obtained from demolition.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10mm under layer + 5mm top layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound on top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade pattern deep green/camouflage (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed.

Cleaning of shrubs, uprooting of stumps, small bushes including ploughing and levelling (mechanically) of ground surfaces depth exceeding 30cm and not exceeding 45cm including picking up stone peddles/gravels (of size exc. 12mm), making the surface even and uniform, removal of debries from the site upto a distance of 50m, dressing the pin target and surface dressing of embankment for receiving lime of F.G/R.P target as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing sand from range and sieving properly including forming embankments of existing sand, spreading, leveling and finishing to required size, shape and gradient as per site requirement n. exc. 1.5m height, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Existing sand obtained from the seiving shall be re-used)

Supply and laying in position sand bags with HDPE bag (minimum sand content in each bag shall be 0.03cum), properly stitching the bag with nylon threads and placed in position, complete all as specified and directed.
