Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 to 12mm thick paver tiles 400mm x 400 mm heavy duty of any pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge as in pavings laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement motor 1:4 laid and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile with grey cement and pigment of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete at any position and any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RMC (ready mix cement concrete) M-25 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation/Pavement filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with gray cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to road edges by means of cold bituminous premixed dence concrete 30mm consolidated thickness, using cold bitumen with 10-12%. binder content by weight of total mix spread manually rolled with minimum roller capacity 12 tonne and compacted to required camber and grdient by complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade precast cement concrete stone laid in position to the required line, level and curvature jonted with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making the joint with or without (thickness of joints except at sharps curve shall not more than 5mm) grooves including making drainage opening whereever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over kerb stone in white/yellow/black shade including priming coat and including cleaning/preparation of the new surface as per design approved by Engr-in-charge
