Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling incl watering as required filling in hollows and depression which occurs during the process of rolling by hand roller 0.2 to 0.5 Tonnne, all as specified and directed.

M&L soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) with broken stone or boulders hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n.exc. 100mm deposited, spreaded and levelled in layers nexc. 15cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, all as specified and directed.

M&L WBM 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) in two layer of 7.5 cm thick with coarse aggregate with granite stones, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm, exc 50mm and n. exc. 100mm deep all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), of granite trap or basalt spread, rolled and consolidated with 10 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but except stone Note :- Serviceable stone aggregate obtain from Item No 5 will be used.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc., all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on WBM surface and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exc 75mm thick) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG 30 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm on black top surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

M&L bituminous premixed asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30, 6% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using Tendem vibratory steel wheel, Static steel wheel rollers min capacity 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 25mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirement given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface including providing finger grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both sides directions, pressed into surface when the temerature of surface is not less than 100 degree C protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surfaces, all complete as per clasue 515 of MORTH specification of road & bridge (4th revision) of 2001 latest edition incl tack coat on surface with paving bitumen primer using cold emulsion @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for stainless steel Road sign board both sides comprising of the followings:- (a) Two Nos of Stainless Steel Pipe 50mm Heavy gde of length 2100mm incl top fancy cap and at bottom four no of anchors for embedding in PCC (b) Stainless Steel 25mm Square Pipe frame of size 1200mmx750mm triangular at one side welded butt and bright finished fixed to SS pipe with stainless steel Cup Head Screw of suitable Size. (c) Providing 2mm thick anodised aluminium sheet of size 1200mmx750mm fixed with SS scerw to SS Square tube complete. (d) Complete layering of any Colour retro reflective Poly carbonate trimethane sheet cut to shape and fixed over base plate as per IRC-67-1977 of any colour complete all as specified and directed Make 3M/gogiaplastic as approved by Engr-in-chare) (e) Providing of 25mm wide retro reflective Poly carbonate white Bordar retro reflective Poly carbonate sheet all around complete. (f) S & F of retro reflective Poly carbonate trimethane sheet letters / sign/arrow etc cut to shape and fixed over base plate as per IRC-67-1977 of any colour of 150mm height complete all as specified and directed Note – Road sign board work shall be executed as specified.

S&F solar stud aluminium alloy solar powered by monocrystal star panel (2.4V/1600MA) LED 10mm total 6 piece of 3 in each side view distance 1000mtr 12 hour continious lightning at night and poly carbonated 6 LED FLAT BASE in colour red/yellow including required adhesive for fixing arrangments complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for cat eyes ABS body with scratch and aberasion resistant, micro prismatic, polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lenses, temprature resistance body of size 90X 100X17mm or 116X81X17mm fixed on road with bituminous adhesive as per manufactures instruction having resistance cremer coating and reflactive surface Red/Yellow in colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Refelective convex mirror of dia 800mm and mounted over mild steel pipe 40mm bore (medium grade) and 2.5 mtr long including excavation of post holes of size 400x400x600mm depth PC 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning old dirt, oil/grease spots and foreign materials etc from road surface and applying 2.0mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved having clear and sharp edgs over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer marking proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed . Note Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeniously composed of pigment resins and glass reflecto rizing beads in required proportion as perr MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS.

S&F speed breaker/bumps made of ABS of high resistance to resist servere impacts and harsh weather conditions of size 350x250x50mm yellow/Red in color fixed/studded with reflectors on either side clearly visible during night hours including all necessary fixing/fixtures/fittings arrangements complete all as specified and directed(Make- Cat Part No DA 1005 of Dark Eye or GP 1005 of Gogia plastics or equivalent all as approved make list)

S&F for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade precast cement concrete/stone laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortor 1:3 including making the joint with or without grooves including making drainage opening where ever required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge Note (i) Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment (ii) precast CC kerb shall be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.)

M&L for painting of two coats synthetic enemal paint over kerb stone in white/yellow/black shades including priming coat and cleaning/preparation of the surface laid as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in gound floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of bricks/paver block (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors channels kerbs aprons etc laid dry or laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 100mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, 100mm dia class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete aggregate bed to drain pipe 100 mm dia including packing under and haunching against including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description with racking out joints and washing with water to make surface dust proof and removal of debries out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with fly ash Brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L Granite 20mm thick colour as approved ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6) all as specified and directed

M&L Granite 20mm thick colour as approved ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. (Note- Approved Stone dust to be used instead of river sand), all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subase of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre thickness of concrete 25cm or less over sub base including use and waste of side form work in alternate bays and finishing surface of concrete roads pavements even and brooming with mild steel wire brush, all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints in concrete slab of thickness 150 mm and filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A', all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B', all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in string courses copings or as floors.

M&L for 80mm thick M-40 grade factory made rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block in approved design and colour, conforming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes, n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning, fillling in and ramming earth or broken rubbles mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete to fix sign bd and post of convex mirror all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete.
