Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials - all kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:4:8 (1 cement:4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and catilevers.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Nitco / Kajaria) in colours such as white, Ivory, Grey, Fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand).

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade - New work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10sqm)

Supplying fixing and commisioning of Suguna / Texmo / Sharp 2 HP monoblock pumpset slow speed single phase motor. The rate include the cost of pumpset, pumpset fixing in position and test run etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality - LD - 2.5 - rectangular shape 600x450 mm inernal dimensions.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
