Earth work excavation and deposting on bank with an intial lead of 10m& initial liftm of 2m in hard siff clay , stiff black cotton , hard red earth shales , murram , gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil asper standard specification 20.B

Plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 using 40mm ISS metal from the apporoved quarry including cost and convence of the materials to site and all the labour charges etc, complete as per the standard specification

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits of cement concrete works including necessary arrangements with strutting for plain surfaces with out props, With all cost and conveyance of materials and lab our at site ect ., Coplete as per standard specfication.

Supplying , fabricating and placing in position of MS or RTS rods for cutting, bending, straightening of rods and tying the grills for reinforcementwith necessary binding wire including all cost and conveyance of materials to site with all labour cost ect.,complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Special ceiling Plastering cement mortar 1: 3 mix 10mm thick including cost and conveyance all materials etc. completeas per std specification

Brick work in 1:5 Cement Mortar using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 2 3/4” with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.
