Earthwork excavation for foundation in all kind of soils and sub soils to full depth except hardrock,medium rock,requiring blasting inclusive of shoring,strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus excavated earth in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters clearing and levelling the site complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers. Providing and placing Plain cement concrete M10 grade using crushed broken hard granite course aggregate (well Graded) of Nominal maximum size of 40mm to IS specified grading (to achieve the specified characteristicik strength of 10N /mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling (pumping and dewatering wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating water, curing, finishing the surface with all leades and lifts etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete M15 grade using crusher broken ard granite course ageregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40% of 20mm and 60% of 40 mm down graded to IS specified grading (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer placing in layers and vibrating , water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc, complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm. X 60cm. thickness of and B.G.10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over country wood joists of size 10cmX 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm) Centre to centre etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Providing and Placing in Position of Plain Cement concrete of M-20 grade using graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 20 mm size with M.sand mixing with mixer machine includung cost of bailing out water wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick,compacting,consolidation, finishing, watering, curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete mix M-20 Grade by using insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixute (plasticiser/ super plasticicer) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, ratard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m ) 7730 kg. of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 Cu.m) 5156 Kg of 10 to 12 mm machine cushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of M.sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also icluding laying , vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing,curing etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards .(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and fixing cut stone roughly dressed to size all faces and set in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M. Sand) including all incidental charges such as finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Refilling with excavated soil (other than M. Sand) complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 50mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 50 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and Fixing of Country wood Plug made out of best quality of country wood with slot holes with necessary locking arrangements is made out of 50 x 8 mm M.S Plate Required height and country wood plug may be manufactured with standard size and shape. The rate including all cost such as cost of materials, labour, transportation to site, loading, unloading and fixing the plug with correct alignment and position and painting the plug with two coats of varnished and iron members to be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and with two coats of Anti corrosive black paint ect., complete completing with standard specification as directed by the department engineers.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 m to 100 m deploying earth moving machinaries and tippers including benching formation of bunds breaking clods sectioning etc., complete by machinaries complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.
