Attending complaints from 08:45 Hrs to 16:45 Hrs for checking the existing electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repair etc as required to make the item functional and replacing fuse, small pieces of copper wire, copper cable as of suitable size at site, insulation tape roll etc. Attending minor repair such as testing, electric connections, fittings, nut, bolts and screws etc to ceiling fan, exhaust fan at its initial position (without taking down) etc, emergent complaints i.e. no light, earth leakage, short circuit, neutral break in mains/sub mains/internal circuits of existing electrical system of main building/block for uninterrupted electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc. required to make the system in order/functional with insulation tape roll, copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for Srl item Nos.01, 02 & 3 :- 1. The Area for attending complaints of OTM ACCN 35 INF BDE, 16 KUMAON, 18 GRENADIERS, 227 WKSSHOP AND OTHER OTM LOCATIONS and Contractor shall provide adequate numbers of tradesmen (electrician) alongwith helper to attend the complaints all the above areas in all working days including holiday and sunday. 2. Contractor shall ensure the security passes for his staff, to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaints. 3. The contractor will ensure that the team of electricians with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. 4. A recovery of Rs. 500/- for not attending the complaint upto 04 hours and after 04 hours Rs. 1000/- shall be recovered from the contractor due. 5. All the complaint slip, register & other connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 6. Proper record (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and the same may be asked for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. 7. Small pieces of FRLS Copper wire/sunken box and laminated sheet required for attending the complaint shall be measured and paid separately against 'supply only' under respective item of BoQ.

M&L for comprehensive maint of ceiling, exhaust fan of Md accn including proper checking of base connection, lock pin of U clamp fan blade, serviceability of down rod, gun metal bush, shaft, stater, ring, ceiling fan outer body, exhaust fan blade, body and capacitor where ever required complete with greasing/lubrication and cleaning of fan bearing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. All material required/spare parts shall be measured and paid separately against 'supply only' under respective item of BoQ. 2. The rated quoted by the contractor deemed to be including taking down of ceilingfan/exhaust fan, transportation to workshop for rewinding or machining work, and refixing the same after repair.
