Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to a lead of 20 meters pick work, jumper work.

Excavation in foundations in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited or saturated soil , lift upto 1.50 mtr stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 mtr clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with a lead of 20 mtrs. P/J Work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cment:3 sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in:

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level :

Suspended floor, roofs, landing shelves and their support balconies beams, griders. bressumers and cantilever within all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying no fine cement concrete 1:6 (1cement :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, walls etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth:

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5;10 (1cement :5sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm. nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm. to 300mm. as per H.P.P.W.D.Specification.

P/L RCC work 1:2;4 (1 cement :2 sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20mm N/s) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced work in:- suspended floor, roofs, landing shelves and their support balconies beams, griders. bressumers and cantilever within all lead and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

a) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Lloors etc. upto 200mm. In thickness with in all leads and lifts.

b) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.Tor steel with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600x600mm with locking arrangement.

Providing and fixing sand cast/cast iron span spigot and socket soil, waste and ventilating pipes (lead caulked joints to be measure and paid for separately) 100mm nominal dia

Providing and fixing cast iron cowl 100mm nominal diameter

1.80 mtr. High fencing with 2.50 mtr. Angle iron posts of size 65x65x6mm (min.) 2.50 mtr. Centre to centre with a horizontal 1.80 mtr. High fencing with 2.50 mtr. M.S. angle iron post of size 65x65x6mm (min.) 2.50 mtr. centre to center with 9 No horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 Type 1) weighing 9.38 kg per 100 mtr. (minimum) strained and fixed to posts with 61 steples, including earth work, painting of M.S. angle iron complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and fremed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings, framed guards, bars ladders railings brackets and similar works

Laying & Jointing in treanches GMS tube (MG) and tube fitting (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid seprately) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including all fittings complete.
