Repair and maint of transformer ACBs and connected works at HQ CIF (K) under AGE (I) CIF (K)

M&L painting of HT/LT panel of any description with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of standard colour code over the existing painted surfaces after preparing the old painted surfaces by using spray gun complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted external surfaces of HT 2 pole structures consisting of HT 11 Mtr steel pole, cross arms, GOD assy with pipe, DO fuse assy, clamps etc., of any description and applying one coat of Aluminium paint by mannually all as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 2 here in before but for 4 pole structure.

M&L replacement of temperature gauge of suitable size for LT power transformer/AVR of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC sleeves suitable for LT / HT ACSR conductor / jumper in any type in R Y B Colours superior quality inserted over the existing ACSR complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the existing 11KV/433 V distribution transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 600 KVA by disconnecting HT overhead connection/underground cables and earth strips etc. from any substation / locations using suitable capacity of crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to workshop for repairs and unloading carefully. Reloading the tranformer after repairs and testing of transformer; transportation to site and unloading including placing at given position and re-commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : All the T&P required for disonnection, connection, loading and loading including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for repairs toTransformer step down 11KV/0.433 KV any type of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA, after dismantling the transformer body carefully, opening the top cover of Transformer for inspection /repair, drain out the transformer oil from the tank complete, taking out the core and winding assy by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, renewal/replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers , replacement of tap changer winding and thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, warnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, Painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside by weather proof type using spray gun, Marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-intalling the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lugs, refilling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, Meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Winding wire including labour for making of coils and LT/HT bushes will be measured & paid seperately.

All as per Srl item No 07 above but of capacity 11 KV/0.433 KV, 300 KVA to 600 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of fresh transformer power oil of BDV not less than 50 KV for topping up of reduced level of transformer due to evaporation/ leakage/losses due to dehydration in HT 11 KV transformer/HT 11 KV AVR /Distribution transformer 100 to 600 KVA or for replacement complete including removing of old unservicable transformer oil all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary documents for transformer oil should be submitted by the contractor to AGE (I).

M&L for conducting oil filtration by stream line / Vacuum type filter machine to remove the moisture/carbon particles to improve required BDV of oil 50 to 60 KV for 1 min for power transformer & as BDV of oil 40 to 50 KV for 1 min for distribution transformer incl routine testing after filtration for any capacity of transformers/AVR/CT/PT units complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor shall change the filter assy before starting the filtration of transformer / AVR of capacity 600 KVA and more capacities in presence of Engr In charge) Note : Necessary documents as applicable should be submitted by the contractor to AGE (I).
