Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on theexterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above groundlevel, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as perrequirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metrecentre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock systemwith M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system inthe scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceablecondition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ orapplying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding systemshall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc,wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locationswith essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as perdirections and approval of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing machine cut, mirror/ eggshell polished , Marblestone work for wall lining (veneer work) including dado, skirting, risers ofsteps etc., in required design and pattern (if required with marble stoneslab pieces of different shapes, sizes & texture but of even thickness) on12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade,including rubbing, curing, polishing etc. all complete as per Architecturaldrawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing stone jali 40 mm thick throughout in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 tone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali slab without any chamfers etc

Providing and fixing stainless steel cramps of required size and shape for anchoring stone wall lining to the backing or securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases in stone and holes in walls wherever required

Providing and fixing copper pins 7.5 cm long 6 mm diameter for securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level inall shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Materialconforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts,spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader onprepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineerin-Charge (With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25)

Supplying and installation of Red snad stone shiv temple sculpture 2500x2500x1800 mm as per architectural draings

Supplying and installation ss letters both side
