Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor machines for air conditioning system, based on variable refrigerant mass flow (VRF), comprising of minimum 2 (two) full Inverter output scroll/rotary compressors, with R410A refrigenrant, DC fan motor with fan blade, heat exchanger, safety valves, solenoid valves, receiver, capillary tube, check valve, electronic expansion valve, high pressure switch, low pressure sensor, pressure regulating valve, refrigerant filter, stop valve, accumulator and refnet kits and making joints etc. as per OEM. Rate inclusive of R-410A refrigerant & oil pre charging, power cable from nearest isolator, vibration isolators, supports, necessary foundation / pedestal works etc. condenser coil & fins provided with anti-corrosive treatment, necessary accessories for oil separation, moisture removal, flow control, interconnecting piping, condenser air fan, electrical and microprocessor based panel, interconnecting cabling, all housed inside a weather-proof cabinet suitable for exposed installation on terrace including suitable mounting MS Stand frame, pressure testing, Vaccuming, oil charging of refrigerant R410A etc. as required as per the Special conditions of contract and technical specifications. Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of BMS Compatible VRF Indoor Unit with multi speed fan, high efficient filter, inbuilt microprocessor thermostat, electronic expansion valve, remote controller including cable, drain pump set, necessary ceiling supports & vibration isolators, refrigerant charging, 3 or 4 row Cooling coil of Copper tubes and Aluminum fins, drain pan with built in auto drain pump & suitable inter lock between Indoor & the drain pump etc.. The equipment should have the capacity of 4.5 TR – 5TR and greater than 1900/1800/1600 CMH Air flow capacity on high / Medium/ Low mode respectively , including Refrigerant, "Y" / "T" joints with insulation suitable numbers as required (08) or as recommended by manufacturer, suitable for the combination of indoor and outdoor machines. 4.5- 5 TR Floor-cum-ceiling mounted type unit; having rated cooling capacity not lesser than 15.7 kW, sound level not higher than 54 dB with cordless remote controller etc. as per the Special conditions of contract and technical specifications. (Model equivalent to VDV-D160DL/N1-C of Voltas)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of refrigerant piping of suitable size as per OEM recommendations for the above units, using eddy current free Copper pipes and fittings like elbows, couplers, tee joints, brass fittings, "U" loops, expansion loops etc. duly insulated with elastomeric nitrile rubber type tubular insulation between indoor & outdoor units as per specifications . All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with hanger and all external piping shall run in existing covered cable tray structural clamps with hard PVC pipe sleeves under the clamps to protect insulation at supports, tagging to enable tracing connectivity to respective units etc.as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Communication Cabling size as per OEM specifications with necessary PVC Conduit, ( Suitably layed & tighed with PVC ties on cable trays to connect outdoor units with respective indoor units ).

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Power Cabling for VRV/VRF Outdoor units .

Supply, laying and fixing of one number 1100V grade,XLPE insulated and Aluminum conductor, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with up to date amendments of following sizes on wall surfaces etc. as required. A) (4 Core x 50 sqmm)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required. a) 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing following modular switch / socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

a) 15/16 amps switch

b) 15/16 amp socket outlet

Supplying and fixing following size / modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required. 3 Module

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral,sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earthbar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted includingearthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 12 ways, Double door

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc., as required.

a) Single pole and neutral

b) 5 amps to 32 amps Single pole MCB

Supply and erection of the following Rigid UPVC pipe with all joints, reducer, necessary elbows and tees, supporting arrangements, etc. Rate shall inclusive of thermal insulation with 13mm thickness FM approved closed cell nitrile rubber insulation covering with fire resistant fibre cloth fabric as a resistant to Scratch & Mechanical Impact..

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
