Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4; 20mm thick using 10mm and below size hard broken stones including dismantling the damaged portion of existing floor/dadoo, preparation of surface, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth, providing dividing strips, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places as shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing Kota stone work of 20-25mm thick polished, (premoulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations or required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including dismantling the existing IPS/Mosaic platform / dadoo, disposal of debris, rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, polishing the surface etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Note: The Kota stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.]
For Kitchen platforms using Single piece of length upto 1.20 mtr.
Repairing and rectifying the minor repair works like wall cracks, floor cracks, spalling of mortar on sides of doors, windows, wall and door joints, including the cost of materials, T&P using CM 1:3 etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing water proofing treatment at sunken portion of toilet, utility, bathroom etc,. with two coat of two component highly flexible polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) or equivalent including preparation of surface free from dust/oil/grease, sealing the UPVC sleeve pipes using non shrink grout mortar over bonding coat using SBR chemicals and sealing the joints with polyester fleece along the periphery of UPVC pipes, appling two coat of water proofing etc,. all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Surface preparation: The surface to receive water proof treatment shall be cleaned to make sure that the surface free from dust, dirt, laitance, debris, loose mortars, oil particles etc., which may negatively affect the adhesion of water proof treatment with mother concrete surface. Sealing bore hole gap around the sleeve pipes: The gap around the pipe shall be filled with non shrink grout mortar of make FAB chemicals (Mixgrout NS) or equivalent and providing necessary slurry tight form work to enveloping the pipe with a bead of 6 to 8mm and 5mm above the surface level along with a sealer coat of make FAB chemical (Mixprime AC100) or equivalent and seal with saturated polyester fleece all along the periphery of pipes. Water proof treatment: Providing and applying two coats of two component Highly elastomeric flexible polymer modified cementitious cold applied water proof coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) over the prepared surface to cover complete area, finishing etc. Extend the coating up to a minimum of 300mm height to the adjoining wall as per manufacturer specification.
Water proofing treatment at sunken portion (Note:- 1) All the sunken portion shall be tested for the water leaking before and after treatment by filling with water for 24hours and grouting shall be carried out if any leakage found. 2) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. 3) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.)
Providing and fixing PVC nozzle for grouting by drilling/chipping the concrete surface including removing weathering course/tiles if required, fixing the nozzle, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Arresting of roof leakages by pressure grouting with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound including cost of material, grouting with pump and finishing to match with the surface after grouting at all elevations and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Rectifying the sunken slab leakages in various types of quarters in Bath Room / Kitchen by chipping out the floor concrete exposing the concealed Nahni trap and rectifying the leakages in joints with CM 1:2 mixed with approved quick setting compound at 2% by weight of cement including chipping out the floor, concrete etc., making holes in masonry, reconstructing the same, disposal of debris within a lead of 2 Kms, cost of cement required for the work etc., all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cost of floor finishing such as Mosaic / Tiles etc., will be paid extra under relevant item)

Providing and fixing best quality Stainless Steel sink without Drain board of overall size 610 x 510mm (Bowl depth 200mm) of approved make of 1mm thick Stainless Steel grade AISI-304 (18/8) as per IS-14283, including fixing over opening in RCC slab of platform or supplying and fixing CI bracket pair and placing the sink over the platform/bracket to correct line and level, basket type choke stop stainer, waste coupling with check nuts, providing flexible hose from waste coupling to Nahani trap or Waste line, finishing the platform surface with white cement or other approved grouting materials etc., all complete as per IS-14283 specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its internal faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.
Plastering with cement mortar 1:3; 20mm thick including supplying and mixing of water proofing compound of approved make at the rate of 2% (Two percent) by weight of cement or as specified by manufacturer including finishing smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, scaffolding, curing, etc., all complete at all lifts as per specification.

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with one coat of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade including preparation of surfaces, applying filler / putty (putty for touch up to fill up crevices, mild depression etc.,) wherever required, cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt, etc., filling the holes, cracks, crevices with Snowfilla or other suitable filler materials, covering the furniture by suitable covering materials, cleaning / removal of splashing and dropping from floors, doors & windows, electrical fixtures, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)
Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with Two coat of Interior Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)
Providing painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast/plain plaster with One coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade or match with existing shade over the coat of Highly flexible cementious two component coat water proofing treatment system over the coat of bond coat including making surface free from dirt/oil/other materials by scrapping the surface, removal of loose/ cracked mortar, filling the cracks using approved crack fillers, filling/injection/ grouting the cracks/joints where ever required with polymer modified cement mortar using admixtures, scaffolding, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. i) Surface preparation: Remove the existing coatings, paints, etc., Seal the surface cracks by cutting 'V' shaped grooves and filling with crack & using seal compound. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove the dirt's and contaminates and keep dry prior to the primer application, debonded or weak plaster must be replaced with polymer modified mortar. ii) Bond Coat (1st Coat) : Applying Base primer bond coat with of make FAB chemical (MIXBond AC) or Bostik (Boscocem 476) over the existing surface. Mixing ratio consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. iii) Highly flexible cementious water proofing coat (2nd & 3rd Coat): Applying 2 component waterproofing coating of make FAB Chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic). Duration between these two coats shall be minimum 4 hrs. Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications.
For one coat of exterior emulsion over Plain Surface iv) One coat of external wall primer (3rd coat): Applying one coat of external wall primer of make Asian or other approved equivalent, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. v) One coat of premium exterior emulsion paint (4th coat): Applying one coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade or match with existing shade. Mixing ratio of paint, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. Note: Cost for plastering will be paid for separately under relevant item.
Painting with flexible polymer modified cement based anti-dampness coating for interiors using Asian Paints Damp Block or other approved equivalent make including preparation of affected surface, removing old paint / putty using wire brush / chisel to expose cement plaster, apply self priming coat of damp block (1:1 ratio diluted in water) and apply 2 coats of damp block (diluted with water in 3 part powder : 1 part water ratio) using a putty knife or a trowel to achieve total coverage of 7.5 sqft/ kg, finishing the surface smooth, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

300x300mm Gully chamber upto 300mm Hieght
Providing and constructing GULLY CHAMBER of internal finished size 300 x 300mm including providing, supplying and fixing 150 x 150mm (±10mm) PVC Gully trap with PVC grating at top of approved make including excavation in all types of soils, backfilling, embedding the trap in plain cement concrete 1:4.5:8 using 40mm size granite aggregates and constructing the chamber above the embedded PVC with 110mm thick (plus or minus 5mm) bricks in Cement Mortar 1:5 with well burnt stock bricks, plastering over both internal and external faces of brick work with Cement Mortar 1:3; 12mm thick finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on both faces, providing and fixing 400 x 400 x 25mm precast slab in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4 using 12mm and below hard broken granite stones including cost of gully trap, chamber etc., all complete as per specification.
Clearing heavy jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level, removal of rubbish upto a distance of 60m outside the periphery of the area cleared, cutting and stacking the useful fire wood if any within an initial lead of 100 mtrs etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Labour charges for removing choke from Gully/Inspection chambers from residential & Non residential buildings including removing/disposing the removed waste/debris away from the buildings within a lead of 100 mtrs., cost of all tools and plants, safety materials required for this item, etc., all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Labour charges for cleaning the internal area of vacant quarters by brooming down cobwebs, removing the dust, waste materials including cleaning, sweeping & washing the entire floor area cleaning using cleaning powder & soap oil, the ceramic wares using acid, cleaning louver glass and window glass, cleaning waste water line from various dia of internal traps to gully chambers collecting the waste materials,conveying by suitable means, disposing/depositing at places shown by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cleaning shall be carried out with out causing any damage to existing fittings / fixtures.)
