The General Conditions of Contract governing the performance of the woks covered by this tender are the Indian Railway Standard General Conditions of Contract as amended from time to time up to date. A soft copy of the Indian Railway Standard General conditions of Contract is uploaded in the annexed documents to the tender. Hard copy may be perused in the office of the Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer/TRSO/ South Central Railway / Secunderabad. In submitting the tender it would be deemed that the tenderer has kept himself fully Informed of the provision of the Indian Railways Standard General Conditions of Contract for services including all corrections and Amendments issued up to date and claim that he is not aware of any amendment or correction slip to the IRSGCC shall not be entertained.

The tenderers shall confirm the copy of certificate (Annexure-V) through on-line only (Authotity: RB letter No. 2022/CE-I/CT/GCC Correspondence dated 14.05.2024) in addition to Annexure-V, in case of other than company/ proprietary firm Annexure-V (A) shall also be submitted by the each member of partnership firm/ joint venture (JV)/HUF/Limited Liability partnership (LLP) etc., as the case may be. Non submission of the above certificates by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify state and submit the supporting documents duly self attested / digitally signed by which he/they is qualifying the qualifying criteria mentioned in the tender document.
