• The bidder should have carried out design & engineering, supply, erection / supervision of erection and commissioning / supervision of erection and commissioning of at least one (1) no. of projects involving 'Installation of 500 KWp Capacity Grid Connected Roof Top Solar Plant' in a single order during the past 10 (Ten) years as on the date of issuance of NIT.
• The average annual financial turnover of Bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 should be at least Rs.3.5 Crore (Rupees Three Crore and fifty lakh only). The Bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports in support of above.
• In case, the bidder is in a consortium: a. One or more of the consortium members (maximum two consortium members are permitted) can either individually or together fulfil the criteria of Para-1 above. b. The experience of the concerned members should commensurate with the responsibility matrix provided in the consortium agreement.
• The combined total average annual financial turnover of the consortium members during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 should not be less than Rs. 3.5 Crore.
• Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the preceding financial year i.e., financial year ending 31st March 2023, as per the Audited annual accounts.
• In case, bid is submitted by the consortium, Net worth of each member of the consortium should be positive in the preceding financial year i.e., financial year ending 31st March 2023, as per the Audited annual accounts.
• In compliance to Restriction under Rule 144 (xi) in the General Finance Rules (GFRs) 2017 of Govt. of India (regarding Country of Bidder sharing a land border with India), the Bidders shall submit certificate/undertaking regarding guidelines given at Annexure-10 of SBD updated in December 2022. In cases of Consortium bidding, certificate/undertaking shall be submitted individually by each member of the Consortium.
