M& L for laying cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection 75 mm thick laid in bays and surfaces finished even and fair, including filling the joints with bitumen mastic including demolition of existing PCC as in plinth protection complete all as specified and disposing debries outside MOD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth using extra cement, including demolition of existing PCC as in flooring all as specified and disposing debries outside MOD land complete all as specified.

M& L for Chequered cement concrete colour tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick with mixture of grey cement & pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in C M 1:6 including cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course 25mm thick including demolition of existing flooring/hardstanding all as specified and disposing to debries etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make Unistones/ Nitco/ Ultra Tiles.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab as 550 x 550 flooring 20-25mm thick over and incl cement screed bed 20mm thick CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing mirror polished incl demolition of existing flooring/steps/jambs etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking coloured paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade including cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base 75mm thick and 25 mm thick sand cushioning including demolition of existing flooring/hardstanding all as specified and disposing to debries etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make Unistones/ Nitco/ Ultra Tiles.

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing MS Tubes, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410 W ( Gde 250 quality A) incl demolition of existing items all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminum ZINC coating GI base corrugated steel 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw with minimum 150mm end lap and one corrugation side lap including dismantling the existing sheets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

All as per item no 10 before but except bricks

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains etc incl demolition of existing drain, surface channel all as specified and disposing of debries etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for ready mix plaster of 15mm thick on brick or conc surfaces incl necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.40 to 1.70 kg, water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separatelly).

M&L for ready mix plaster of 15mm thick on brick or conc surfaces incl necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.40 to 1.70 kg, water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 including taking down old plaster complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separatelly).

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer including scaffolding if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains etc all as specified and disposing of debries etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50mm graded aggregae in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as directed at site

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fast, coping, benching etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating including form work to concrete surfaces, complete all as specified

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement Plaster of any thickness from brick or stone walls and concrete etc including raking out joints, jacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish outside Defence land, complete all as specified

M&L for ready mix plaster of 15mm thick on brick or conc surfaces in ceiling 1.40 to 1.70 kg, water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separatelly).

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) on ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified.

M&L Complete removal exising old surfaces of wall / ceiling by scrubbing with hard brushing ,brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook root mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint from manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

M & L for racking out joint and pointing in CM 1:3 to brick on edge pavings/drains/roofs etc with ready mix plaster all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed pre-cast concrete blocks for kerb stone with solid block exc 10 cm in width type C-1 , 1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 of any shape and size as approved by Garrison Engineer, including necessary excavation and earth work including returning filling in the earth and removal of surplus earth from site if any, kerb stone shall be fixed in true line and level or in curves for edging of road side path including embedding PCC pre cast block in ground to any depths as required and tamping soil around PCC bloacks complete all as directed at site incl two coat of enamel paint over a coat of primer of kerb stone blocks complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including complete removal of old treatment complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs 100mm dia sand cast Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed in walls/floors/trenches etc all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 75mm dia sand cast Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed in walls/floors/trenches etc all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Cast iron Bends/Tees of 100mm dia (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) etc all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cast iron Bends/Tees of 75mm dia (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) etc all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with necessary bends/tees/sockets etc fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors with suitable clamps/bracket including taking down old PVC/CI pipes and necessary cutting through RCC roof and brick work etc (above six storey height) and making good all as specified.

Cleaning and removal of debries such as stones, waste materials etc from surrounding area of building incl Cuting shrubs wild growth trees not exc 30 cm girth and removing complete vegetation growth from walls including taking out roots from roof/brick work and making good the disturbed surface with plaster and PCC 1:2:4 type B0 and disposing the rubbish from site (MOD land) for a block of eleven flats of six storey height, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches (soft/loose soil) n exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as directed.

M & L Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in sub base all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M & L for removing excavated material exc. 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix TMT bars,10 mm and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) but not less than 0.9 mm dia conforming to Fe-410 - 0, complete all as specified.

Supply only Mild steel in flat, round or square bars, in available lengths Fe 450 W (Gde E-250 quality A)

S&Fin repairs Framed work as in Fencing Posts, Swan necks, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of fencing wire or other covering. etc. also fastening and fixing complete incl cleats, brackets, complete of Fe 410-W (Gde e-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high quality zinc coated GI Chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm made of GI wire dia not less than 3mm and fix with column with nut or bolts and strengtheing with 10mm TMT bars, conforing to standard grade steel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Payment of TMT bar shall be made in seperate items in this Schedule. (ii) The Engr-in-Charge along with rep of contractor shall verify the weight mesh and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and Purchase Voucher. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Nut bolt required.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts,including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) any dia size with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed.
