M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation , filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching/coping and the like including weathering slightly round or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar (1:4) with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including dismantling of old structure complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing, CI sluice valve, class PN 1.6, flanged ends, heavy duty, long body, with steel spindle, ISI marked, (conforming to IS-14846 or latest revised) suitable for the following bore of pipes including taking out old sluice valve complete all as specified and directed :- (a) 80 mm bore.

M&L for opening top cover of leakage sluice valve of size upto 400mm including replacement of new gland packing of existing size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to leakage in water pipe line through soft pig lead joint by taking out existing lead and spun yarn from the joint including making new lead joint by using fresh lead and new spun yarn including dewatering, excavation, returning filling in as directed of the following sizes :- (a) 80 mm dia
