Dismantling of Plain corrugated Steel Sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar type roof covering, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor/ wall tiles including cement mortar bedding of any thickness upto PCC/ RCC/brick surface and rubbish off the premises, complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Dismantalling of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceedings 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantalling of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats and shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sqm each, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4 sqm each, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any thickness and description on brick/ concrete/ stone wall/ ceilings, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 75 mm/110 mm bore dia (Salt glazed ware, PVC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class "B" old size bricks of class designation (CD) 75, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (CM) 1:6,complete in all respect as specified and directed.
