Supply , installed and commissioning of Factory assembled Silent DG set with AMF panel of capacity 110 KVA , 1500 RPM , Turbo Charged, water cooled comprising of 102 BHP Engine with microprocessor based Genset controller with silencer and canopy for soundlesS mode (sound level not exe level specified by contol pollution board) and alternator both mounted on a common base frame conforming to relevant ISO 3046/ BS 5514 and IS 10002 standard rated for 415 volts 50 cycles , 0.8 Power factor (PF) complete with residential silencer, AVM pads , battery with its leads, first fill of lub oil and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynomo with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacturer and consisting of other electrical component and maintenance free battey including suitable size of copper cable lead with teminal, all mounting accssory and AVM pads all as specified comprising with the following.

A. Engine :

(a) Vertical multicylinder, cold starting in accordance with BS-5514/IS-10002 at 1500 PM including the following accessories :- (i) Fuel tank(Suitable for capacity for minimum 8 Hrs run). (ii) Fuel filter(Ore & Micro). (iii) Fuel feed pump(Inline monoblock/PT type) with governor. (iv) Lub oil filter. (v) Lub oil cooler. (vi) Dry type/oil bath type air cleaner. (vii) Exhaust Silencer(Industrial type). (viii) Radiator, Radiator fan & mounting. (ix) Fly wheel with starting ring. (x) Expansion bellow. (xi) Exhaust gas turbocharger. (xii) 12 Volt electric starter with 01 Nos maintenance free battery 180 AH capacity. (xiii) Battery charging alternator (xiv) Engine control panel consisting with ON/OFF Start Key,Lub oil pressure guage, Battery charging ammeter,Coolant temp gauge, RPM Meter etc. (xv) Suitable flexible coupling (xvi) Front & Rear engine mounting supports (AVM pads)

B. ALTERNATOR

(i) Alternator, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hzs 0.8 PF 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated screen profected, drip proof alternator of capacity 110 KVA conforming to BSS 5000 (part 99) with insulation class 'H' single bearing and automatic voltage regulator accessories

C. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

(i) Specially design to meet stringent MOEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. (ii) Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load even at 50 degree C air inlet temp. (iii) Powder coated for long lasting service life and superior finish. (iv) Insulation material meets exacting IS 8183.

D. ACCESSORIES

(i) Suitable channel frame (ii) Storage battery of 1X12 Volts of suitable 180 AH capacity as per manufacturer instruction mounted on angle iron frame of suitable size as directed.

E. CONTROL PANEL

The control panel shall be made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB 4 Pole 320 Amps 36 KA Microprocessor release type – 01 No (ii) Digital Ammeter with CT of suitable size 400/5A – 01 No (iii) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts – 01 No (iv) Microprocessor based DG set control unit with SIM enable - 01 No (v) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 01 set

F. AMF PANEL

The control panel shall be made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB 4 Pole 320 Amps 36 KA Microprocessor release type – 02 Nos (ii) Contactor 4 pole 325 Amps -02 Nos (iii) Digital Ammeter with CT of size 200/5A – 02 Nos (iv) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts – 02 Nos (v) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 02 sets (vi) Relay, timmer and other acessories as per manufacturer.

(i) Antivibraton mounting pads to be incorported during installation. (ii) Cost of shifting and testing as per manufacturer recommendation included in the cost ofGen set. (iii) Silencer pipe of engine is to be extended out of the building with suitable dia of GI medium grade pipe duly heat insulated with suitable asbestos rope duly claded with plaster of paris, rate of which demed to be included in the unit rate of Gen set. (iv) Lubricating oil shall be provided by the contractor Cost of which deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG set. (v) Four Nos free servicing with complete material such as Lubricating oil, coolent, Lub oil filter, diesel filters, Air filter and fan belts etc as per manufacturer recommendation will be deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG set. (vi) Any other items which are not mentioned above but are essential for smooth functioning of DG set shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vii) Diesel for 12 hour testing shall b e provided. (iv) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts - 02 Nos (v) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) - 02 sets.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised, steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L in repair for Old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate I preparation of foundation of Generator as per OEM direction including excavation and with 15mm thick plastering the surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing to panels or junction boxes with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.03 of MES Schedule pt-I 2009, GI earth wire protected by GI pipe 40mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete Note : Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall measured and paid saperatly.
