| 1Running and operation of Central Heating plant in Civil Hospital Theog, for period of 4.5 months w.e.f. 01.11.2026 to 15.03.2027. There should be engagement of Two number Electricians/Technicians for running and operation of Central Heating Plant from 06AM to 06:00P.M. (Twelve hours). Reliever should be provided for the shift management. Note:- Repetitive assignment of shifts to the same individual is strictly prohibited. Shifts should be rotated among all eligible & qualified persons as per Labour laws. | |||||
| 2Running and operation shall mean the operation of all the Electrical & Mechanical equipments forming part of the Central heating System, including Boilers, Motor-pump sets, hot water pipeline, valves, air handling unit, cleaning the machinery, oiling & greasing the Motors, fans and other moving parts, fault, attending, erection of fuses, minor adjustment, checking of water and air pressure, filling of Gland-Dori, maintaining the day to day log-Book of Temperature & relative humidity complete in all respects as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The running and operation includes cleaning of all central heating units such as Fan coil Units, heat convectors etc year 2026-27 w.e.f 01.11.2026 to 15.03.2027 | |||||
