RequiredAttested copy of valid electrical contractor license or undertaking as I/we hereby certify that I/we will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work.

RequiredGST registration Certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking also mention the NIT No. and Name of work along with bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate as applicable within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall be responsible for

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE). The EMD receiving Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE) shall issue a receipt of deposition of earnest money deposit to the bidder in a prescribed format, up loaded by tender inviting EE in the NIT (Form F)

RequiredDocumentary evidence regarding Manufacturer M/s. JOHNSON LIFTS Pvt. Ltd. LIFT/ Authorized dealer/service provider.

RequiredCertificate that her / his representative has successfully completed training in RFI module imparted by Regional Training Institute across India or any CPWD officer under Train the Trainee. (Copy of Training Certificate of Request for inspection (RFI)/eMB of Enterprises Resource Planning (ERP) shall be uploaded along with the bid within the bid submission period, failing which the bid shall be rejected.)
