Provision of 25 Nos Copper Plate Earthing in MRS(132KV Switchyard) in RCF, Kapurthala.

Electrical Contractor License: Tenderer(s) have to submit a copy of valid Electrical Contractor License for carrying out installation work of voltage class involved, issued by any State/Central Government along with the tender documents, failing which the offer is liable to be rejected.

I/we hereby declare that I/we have downloaded the tender documents from Indian Railway website www.ireps.gov.in . I/we have verified the content of the document from the website and there is no addition, no deletion or no alteration to the content of the tender document. In case of any discrepancy noticed at any stage i.e. evaluation of tenders, execution of work or final payment of the contract, the master copy available with the railway Administration shall be final and binding upon me/us.

I/we declare and certify that I/we have not made any misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments in proof of the qualification requirements.

I/We also understand that my/our offer will be evaluated based on the documents/credentials submitted along with the offer and same shall be binding upon me/us.

1:Explanatory Notes: Provision of 25 Nos. Copper Plate Earthing in MRS (132KV Switchyard) in RCF, Kapurthala.

Item No.1.1: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Copper Plate Earthing for MRS/RCF Grid complete with Copper plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick (electrolytic grade), perforated 2.7 m long GI watering pipe with funnel and mesh, 2 nos (50 mm x 3 mm) copper strip (minimum 3 m length per electrode), brass/copper nuts, bolts & washers, brazing materials, charcoal, salt and all backfilling materials as per IS 3043, including excavation of earth pit of required size and depth, dismantling of existing yard gravel (blast), stacking and re-spreading after completion with proper dressing and leveling, vertical installation of copper plate, alternate layer filling of charcoal and salt, construction of RCC/masonry earth chamber with PCC base, plastering and 300 mm X 300 MM CI frame & cover with locking arrangement, complete testing using approved earth tester and achieving earth resistance value 0.5 Ohm or less or as recommended for 132 kV substation earthing as per IS 3043, including tagging/numbering of earth pit and submission of test reports before and after connection with existing grid, complete in all respects.(For MRS)

Item No.1.2: Supply, Excavation ,laying and connecting of 50 mm x 3 mm electrolytic grade copper strip from earth chamber to equipment body and/or existing mesh earthing grid, including excavation and refilling of trench wherever required, laying on wall/structure as necessary, proper clamping, brazing and bolting with brass hardware, anti-corrosive treatment of joints, connection to transformer, VCB panels, structures and other equipment as required, testing of continuity and resistance after completion, and proper marking and tagging of earthing connections, complete in all respects.
