Providing, operating and maintaining in good condition two wheel driven 17 nos. of vehicles for 2500Km running per month, for a period of 2 years at nine (9) offices of 6 GA’s including Patna Cluster HQ, ERPL. Group-C, Bhagalpur.

Providing, operating and maintaining in good condition the following vehicles with hard top, closed door, good quality cushion seats, handholds, curtains, hooks etc. (ambient temperature of the vehicle to be maintained in the range of 23-25 degree celcius) with Taxi passing, including payment of all taxes, insurance, fitness certificate, cost of all fuel, lubricants, spares for smooth running, all wages, uniform for driver and other payments for operating and maintenance of crew with spares and machinery parts in accordance with tender documents and as per the direction and instruction of EIC.

Maruti Dzire VXI or equivalent (not older than January'2024)

Providing, operating and maintaining in good condition 01 no. Brand New 2024 Model (not older than Jan'2024), Maruti Dzire VXI and above CNG, Capacity 4+1 Seater on hire under CGD Project. Monthly lumpsum charge for providing the vehicle as above at ERPL, CGD GA's in Bihar for an average of 2500 kms running per vehicle per month, 12 Hrs/day duty operating on all days of a week as instructed by EIC, but not limited to the above.

Night Halt charges for stay at outstation/outside stationed location. The same shall be payable upon certification by the officer using the vehicle for outstation halt for the concerned night.

Extra KM Charges: Operating Charges for every KM over & above 2,500 Km per monthper vehicle including cost of fuel, lubricants, etc. as above for CNG driven Vehicle. For less running than 2,500Km, deduction for less KMrun shall be appplicable in the monthly bill.

Extra hourly charges or part thereof for detention of vehicles beyond 12 hours in a day from the hour commenced/ time of reporting of vehicle for the day as certified by EIC/Site Engineer.

Relivers charges for driver for working on Sundays/ National Holidays. Depending on the number of vehicles deployed on Sundays/ National Holidays, payment will be made by Engineer-in-Charge on the basis of number of vehicles & number of days deployed on Sundays/ National Holidays.

Parking Charges/Toll Charges/ entry tax (it is preferable to have national permit) shall be reimbursable with documentary proof. Reimbursement of toll taxes/parking charges etc. as per actual on submission of receipt along with monthly bills, duly certified by EIC.. Rate = Rs. 1/- per unit Fixed by IOCL, Reimbursement of toll taxes/parking charges etc. as per actual on submission of receipt

Maruti Ertiga VXI or equivalent (not older than January'2024)

Providing, operating and maintaining in good condition 02 nos. Maruti Ertiga VXI and above or equivalent with ABS, Capacity 6+1 Seater ex showroom Brand new 2024 model (not older than Jan'2024) on hire under CGD Project. Monthly lumpsum charge for providing the vehicle as above at ERPL, CGD GA's in Bihar for an average of 2500 kms running per vehicle per month, 12 Hrs/day duty operating on all days of a week as instructed by EIC, but not limited to the above.
