Supply and erecting factory made Steel Tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, as specified type 410-SP-31 (9 metre long) conforming to IS-2713 (Part-I & II), welded and reduced section and longitudinal weld seam throughout entire length of pole, duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and remaining external portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, after erecting painting to pole upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate colours as decided by GE strips 30 cm wide each strip (05 Nos) including marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 10cm height with red colour enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for Brackets made out of GI tubing ISI marked light grade 32mm dia, 1.5 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom, including two Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron size 40x5 mm for fixing of bracket on steel tubular pole for LED light fittings with suitable nuts and bolts including painting to pipe, MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

AMF control panel : RAL 9003 white powder coated control panel made out of CRCA sheet provided with AMF system (automatic starting of main failure) and Start Stop push button for manual operating, MCCB of suitable rating with short circuit protection, controller which display voltage, current, KW, PF, Frequency, KWH, lube oil pressure, indicating lamps for ‘load ON’ and ‘set running’ current transformer of suitable rating etc, aluminium bus bar of suitable rating with incoming and outgoing termination complete all as per manufacturer’s recommended design/specifications.
Note :- (i) Any item left out for successful operation of AMF panel is deemed to be included in overall cost quoted. (ii) DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy (iii) Cost of maintenance free batteries as per recommendations of manufacture shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor (iv) Cost of PCC foundation as per recommendations of manufacturer shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor. (v) Initial filling of lubricating oil/coolant and fuel required for testing of DG set shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (vi) Exhaust from DG set shall be as per latest CPCB [II] norms. Alternatively emission control device within overall cost quoted shall be provided (vii) Pre commissioning test shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer. All necessary equipment’s, consumables and T&P required for successful completion of the test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost for the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing strip 32x6mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board / electric equipment / pole / lightning arrestor / HT/LT equipments / GODO switch etc, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing strip upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Note :- (i) All type of spares such as glands, lugs, nuts, bolts etc, necessary excavation and earthwork, PCC work and making good disturbed surfaces shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) Drawing of panel shall be approved by GE before fabrication.
Supply and fixing cable junction box of minimum Size 210mm x 155mm x 92mm or any other higher size complete with fixing accessories. Junction box should be insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber re-inforced material. The polycarbonate junction box shall be environment frinedly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen and silicon free, anti acid and anti corrosive. The junction box knock out on four side wall and following specifications and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) The junction box shall be rated for degree of IP 66 (ingress protection) in accordance with IEC 60529. (b) The gasket material shall be polyurethane or silicon and gasket shall be internally embedded and 63 A four pole terminal stud. (c) Junction Box must meet the provision laid down in IEC 60998-1, IEC-60670-22, IEC-60670-22, IEC 60670-2 to 5 and grey color according to RAL 7035. (d) The manufacturer of junction box shall submit a copy of IEC certificate and glow wire test for 960 degree. (e) Junction box shall be fire retardant and self extiguishing in accordance with IEC60695-2 to 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part-3, UL94 V-2 flammability standard. (f) The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures /boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK08. (g) Junction box with stud type terminal, 63A flame retardant one number 5 Amp MCB SP 10KA (h) Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate for junction box. (j) Clamps and screws for fixing of junction box shall be made of SS
PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, around the poles/stay etc including necessary form work, finishing the exposed surfaces of the concrete even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Volume of pole / strut / stays embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment)
Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, pedestal coping, mud stops, bed block & similar work etc including weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
