Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site mixing, palcing, curing and all labour charges etc. complete

Plastering in CM 1:5 mix, 12mm thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from approved quarry sources and labour charges etc. complete.

Centering charges for all rcc including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from approved quarry sources and labour charges etc. complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering in CM 1:3 mix, 10mm thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from approved quarry sources and labour charges etc. complete.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one priming coat of white cement over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling including cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc., complete (using cement paint of colour as approved by the Departmental officer) and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.
