Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description in any position including cleaning, wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500 meters distance, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per sqm , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, sub floor surface finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on roof top surface in CM 1:3 including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured separately.

Material and Labour for cleaning the new surfaces concrete with wire brushing and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry roof surface. (ii) Laying torch applied APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non-woven polyester mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 4.50 Kg/Sqm with white gravel/mineral finished by fusion process all as described under particular specifications.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) through stove enamelled steel conduit/ PVC conduits including complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets,, switch sockets, electrical fittings etc removing and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm single core, multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade, ISI marked , PVC insulated unsheathed cable (with approved colour code) FRLSH cable in CONCEALED PVC , ISI marked including all accessories as approved by Engr-in-charge, with PVC 1.5 mm multi stranded insulated unsheathed FRLSH copper wire, ISI marked of green colour for continuous earth, including sunken box made out of suitable thick and not less than 60 mm in depth GI/MS/ pressed steel terminal box to be concealed in wall, duly painted including laminated hylam/masonite sheet cover thickness 3mm for mounting of fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. fixed with galvanised screw and cup washer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Reinstallation, testing and commissioning of chilled water type central AC Plant of capacity 12 TR (12 TR working capacity) with all equipments and accessories and comprising the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Testing of AC plants to be done as phase-I test and phase-II summer, monsoon, and winter tests as per PS and handing over. (b) Including Warranty from OEM for 1 year from 24 hours performance testing and completion. (c) Water cooled chiller unit factory assembled microprocessor controlled each 50% of full load capacity complete and comprising the following. (d) One No scroll compressor hermetically sealed units using R-407C refrigerant gas with suction discharge shut off valves, automatic capacity control with thermostat and solenoid valves built in suction strainer, oil pump, hot gas muffler, heat wheel, oil pressure, safety switch etc. (e) Microprocessor based soft start panel with safety and operating controls, indicating lamps along with automatic operation and system protection. The safety devices consisting of condenser high pressure outlet switch, evaporator low pressure cut out switch lube oil low pressure cut out switch, digital display consisting of oil pressure condensing pressure evaporating pressure and lube oil thermo meter, indicating lights and lamps two include lubricating oil heater lamp, the system run condenser high pressure, motor overload, heater lamp and operating hours meter etc., to maintain the inside temperature 23 ± 3 °C and relative humidity 65% + 5%

(f) Two Nos shell and tube type water cooled condenser MS shell integrally finned copper tubes complete with safety valve, drain valve, connection of water inlet and outlet, connection of hot gas inlet and liquid outlet with valves, thermometer and purge valve. (g) One No shell and tube type chiller with thermal insulation including refrigerant inlet and outlet connection with isolating valves, expansion valves water inlet and outlet valves, temperature and pressure gauges at water inlet and outlet, drain and vent stop valves. (h) Two Nos stands fabricated out of MS channel/ angle of suitable size for mounting compressor, motor, condenser and chiller. (j) Two set of nitro neoprene rubber anti-vibration ribbed pad with MS channel in foundation etc. (k) Necessary MS heavy duty refrigerant pipe for suction and discharge lines and copper pipe for liquid line complete with fitting valves etc. (l) Repair/replacement of existing damaged copper tubing including expansion valve and other connected work as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Rate of Repair /Replacement of any unserviceable parts deemed to be included in quoted rate. Necessary civil work to be included in the quoted rates.

Reinstallation and commissioning of Air Handling Unit (AHU) capacity 4010 CFM , sectionalised construction, factory made double skin floor mounted six row deep cooling coil all accessories controls etc and comprising the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Cooling coils of copper tube with aluminium fins. (ii) Prefilter (iii) Blower for AHU with suitable motor, TEFC scroll case induction motor for operation of 415 volts 3 phase AC supply with 'V' belt and guard. (iv) Insulation of AHU as specified. (v) Including foundation of suitable size. Note:- For satisfying the dehumidified air CFM concluded from heat load calculation the contractor is liable for the modification of AHU CFM.

FRP INDUCED DRAUGHT COOLING TOWER - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Twin Cell FRP, rectangular shape, vertical, induced draught top discharge counter flow cooling tower of 20 TR size with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer, having tough fibreglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, FRP basin, rigid honeycomb type PVC fill of suitable thickness, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes, FRP drift eliminator, energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blades pitch, IE3 TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for operation on 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply with IP-65 protection for enclosure, conforming to IS 12615: 2018, inlet, outlet, drain and over-flow nozzle connections, etc. complete with accessories as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes : (i) Necessary civil work viz. foundation, supporting structure, etc. for placement of cooling tower shall be deemed to be included in the scope of work. (ii) The item rate includes dismantling of cooling tower and deposit the dismantled cooling tower to the AGE E/M-II Store yard.

CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION PUMP (1W + 1S) - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock, self-priming, single-stage centrifugal pump, capacity of 2 HP, having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced cast iron impeller, carbon steel pump shaft, gland packed sealing, deep groove ball bearings, etc. with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having class 'B' insulation, IE3 efficiency, conforming to IS 12615: 2018 and suitable for operation on 3 Phase, 415 V±10%, 50 Hz, AC supply, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz. pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : (i) Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of pump and pump accessories shall be covered in the scope of work. (ii) The item rate includes dismantling of pump and deposit the dismantled pump to the AGE E/M-II Store yard.

CONDENSER WATER PUMP (1W + 1S) - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock, self-priming, single-stage centrifugal pump, capacity of 2 HP, having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced cast iron impeller, carbon steel pump shaft, gland packed sealing, deep groove ball bearings, etc. with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having class 'B' insulation, IE3 efficiency, conforming to IS 12615: 2018 and suitable for operation on 3-Ph, 415 V±10%, 50 Hz, AC supply, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz. pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : (i) Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of pump and pump accessories shall be covered in the scope of work. (ii) The item rate includes dismantling of pump and deposit the dismantled pump to the AGE E/M-II Store yard.

GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET DUCTING - Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated galvanized steel sheet metal (G.S.S.) round / rectangular ducting of following sheet thickness having zinc coating of 120 g/m² total on both sides and complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, volume control dampers, hangers, supports, etc. as per approved drawings and conforming to the latest edition of IS 655: 2006 & HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible of SMACNA along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation with aluminium foil laminated on one side, having thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.037 W/mK at mean temperature of 20° C as per EN 12667, moisture diffusion resistance factor or ‘µ’ value of minimum 7,000 for base insulation material without the foil as per EN 12086, fire performance such that it passes Class 1 as per BS476 Part 7 for surface spread of flame and also fire performance of V0, HB as per UL 94, 1996, density without the foil between 40 to 55 kg/m³. The insulation material shall be FM (Factory Mutual) USA approved and dust & fibre free. The Aluminium foil shall be 12 microns thick and its weight shall be 193 gsm as per EN ISO 2286-2, tensile strength 90 N / 15 mm as per EN ISO 527-3 with elongation > 10% as per EN ISO 527-3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ACOUSTIC INSULATION : Supply and Fix open-cell engineered 10 mm thick nitrile rubber foam acoustic insulation having good sound absorption, damping and barrier properties, anti-microbial product protection, thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.047 W/mK at 20° C, conforming to EN 12667, density 140-180 kg/m³ and conforming to class 1 rating for surface spread of flame in accordance with BS 476 Part 7 & UL 94 (HB, V0). The acoustic insulation material shall be free of dust and fibre; it shall pass fungi/mould resistance as per DIN EN ISO 846 method A and bacterial resistance as per DIN EN ISO 846 method C and air erosion resistance test in accordance to ASTM Standard C 1071-05 without any laminate or covering (section 12.7) from an independent accredited testing agency complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

AIR TERMINALS - Supply and Fix of supply / return / exhaust air diffusers / grills / louvers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

FG-200 CI body conforming to IS 210: 2009, seat having EPDM rubber lining, CF 8 stainless steel disc, AISI- 410 stainless steel stem, 2.4 MPa body test pressure & 1.6 MPa seat test pressure and standard flange end conforming to BS 10 Table D/E & ANSI B 16.1 CI- 125 with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

NON-RETURN VALVE - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wafer type PN 1.6 rated swing check type valve (NRV), designed & tested as per IS 5312 (Part- 2): 1986, suitable to handle clear water having turbidity up to 5000 PPM, having CI body, door and diaphragm, leaded tin bronze seat rings and flange drilling standard end connection, etc. with other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

3 - WAY TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electronic, self-balancing, pressure independent type dynamic balancing valve of 50 mm NB, rated for minimum 25 bar working pressure with integrated 3- Way modulating control valves in a single body and actuator capable of accepting upto 10 V DC and up to 20 mA electric signal and provide similar transduced feedback output to control system duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : (i) Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 bar for upto 50 mm valves. (ii) Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 7 bar for 65 mm & above.

TEMPERATURE GAUGE - Supply and Fix of 6" dual scale (°F/°C), lower mount (radial), bimetal thermometer having 0.5 NPT process connection, Grade A accuracy class as per ASME B40.200, stem diameter 6.35 mm, laminated safety glass window, stainless steel 304 case, steam, process connection & joint, aluminium dial & pointer, IP67 protection, scale range 0- 60 °C complete with accessories, etc. as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PRESSURE GAUGE - Supply and Fix of 4" bourdon tube pressure gauge conforming to EN 837-1, having copper alloy process connection & pressure element, plastic black pointer & case, plastic crystal-clear window, snapfitted in case, accuracy class 2.5, scale range 0- 25 bar complete with accessories, etc. as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

MAKE UP TANK : Supply and fix for PVC two mounting layered, closed lid cylindrical shapes ISI marked water tank of 5000 litres capacity mounted on suitable stage PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- In case some parts required extensive repair and replacement , the same shall be done by the contractor. Rates including quoted rates.

EXPANSION TANK FOR CHILLED WATER PIPING- Supply and Fix PVC/HDPE expansion tank of 500 litre capacity with pressure rating to suit the system pressure and sized adequately to compensate for water expansion due to operating temperature variations, conforming to IS: 2825- 1969 for 'non-fired pressure vessels' complete with inter-connection piping, non-return valve, safety relief valve and pressure gauge, insulated with 50 mm thick elastomeric insulation and cladded with 26 gauge aluminium complete with accessories as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

POWER CABLES - Material and Labour for ISI marked 1.1 kV grade aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated armoured cables, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part 1) -1988 having stranded aluminium compact shaped conductor as per Cl. 2, IS: 8130- 1984, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanized steel strip/wire and PVC type ST2 outer sheath conforming to IS: 5831- 1984, including termination complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

CABLE TRAY - Supply, Installation, laying and erection of G.I. Perforated and Ladder Type cable tray with reducer, bends, tees, clamps and couplers for fixing of cable to complete the job, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. It should also comply load testing of IS 14927-1 (2001). Scope covers: (1) Supply of pre-fabricated cable trays as per approved design by consultant & client. (2) Delivery of the material at site. (3) Unloading of material & storage at site store. (4) Shifting of material from site store to place of installation. (5) Painting the support structure with two coats of red oxide and two coats of enamel colour paint of approved brands. (6) All material shall be Hot dip galvanised (86 micron Zinc thickness min.) as per IS and specifications. (7) Maximum distance between two structural steel supports shall not exceed 1.2 meters. (8) Tying of cables with cable trays with proper dressing. (9) Maximum No of tier of cables on cable tray MV cables : 1 No. (10) To prepare shop drawing and to take approval of consultant & client at each stage. (11) To prepare & submit as-built drawing and handing over document to end user. Structural steel required for cable tray support is in the scope of agency. Rates to be quoted accordingly.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to copper strip of size 20 mm x 3 mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm diameter, connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and including excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm x 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm x 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep, with a 10 mm thick CI cover, hinged to CI frame on ground level, GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) The cost of GI earth continuity conductor with GI pipe 40mm medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included in above item. (ii) The earth resistance value should not be more than 2 Ohm. (iii) Earth test report shall be submitted by contractor. If the earth resistance value is more than 2 Ohm new earthing will be done by contractor as replacement and no payment shall be made for it. (iv) The earth chamber to be constructed 0.5m from edge of earth pit with necessary watering arrangement. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in above item.

Material and Labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 20 x 3 mm copper strip, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in charge.
