Hiring Structural Consultant:The scope includes the structural design, detailing, and drawings for a Mild Steel (MS) roof shed to cover the DG sets and transformers installed in the RRS Building premises. The shed shall be designed to protect equipment from rain, wind, sun exposure, and corrosion while ensuring adequate ventilation and accessibility for maintenance Deliverables from Structural Consultant required are GA drawings & detailed fabrication drawings,Structural design calculations,Load calculation sheets,Foundation drawings, stability certification after erection

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron plain sheets (size, shape and corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, of total complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supplying, drilling / cleaning hole and fixing of chemical anchor fastners of 16mm dia embedded upto 150 mm in concrete for fixing of base plate as per the directions of Engineeer Incharge including all the required preparing surface by demolishing water proofing, RCC surface if any .

110mmProviding, laying, jointing, fitting, testing heavy quality P.V.C. pipes of Prince, Supreme etc. make & of required dia including all fittings required as per site requirement & laying the same at any floor levels including scaffolding all jointing materials & clamping in wooden blocks if required etc. complete as directed & specified by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) curtain wall system of 4mm thick matching existing ACP Panel or approved colour and make fixing over aluminium frame of 50mm x 25mm thick in grid form including cutting bending, ACP to required size and shape, fixing on Aluminium frame with weather Silicon sealant and finishing the groove with black colour sealant as per manufacturer’s specification complete all inclusive of wastage, labour, shifting, transportation etc. as directed and instructed by Engineer incharge.
