| 1 | Design, Supply ,Install, testing and Commissioning of Hot dip galvanized, regular polygon structural support for stadium lighting with fixed head frame (Design Conforming to PLG 7, IS- 875 (Part-3):1987, Galvanizing confirming to IS 4759:1996/ IS 2629:1985 and material confirming to BS EN 10025, S355, IS:2062) suitable for mounting 34 Nos. of upto 1000W-1700W (Non- Integral type) LED flood light fixtures complete with all accessories as required to achieve 1000 lux level with the uniformity of 0.50 (Min/Max) & 0.70 (Min/Avg). Maintenance Factor 0.9, the required height of the high mast poles from base upto top of head frame shall be 30 Metres, the High mast pole has to be designed for base wind speed as per IS 875 Part-3 1987 design basin wind speed 220 Km/Hr and gust speed 208 Km/Hr as per IS:875 BSEN 40 -1:1992 relating to general construction and thickness of the pole sheet, special steel foundation bolt as required along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template, the Safety factor for wind load in ultimate limit state shall be taken as 1.5, each pole must be provided with double drum winch, thread and motor for man rider unit, each high mast pole must be provided with lightening arrester (min. 2 Mtr. Length) mounted at the top of high mast pole fabricated by OEM only, the complete item shall be as per specifications and additional conditions attached etc,. as required. etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Note: 1.All the civil works deemed required for mounting of high mast pole to be included in the quoted rate.
2. LED lights will be measured and paid seperatly.
3. The contractor should submit detailed drawings of high mast poles alongwith foundations details and same shall be vetted by IIT / NIT/ Recognised Govt University prior to execution. | 4 | Each Job | - | - |
