Provision of High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) fans & illuminated signage boards at Ayodhya dham station building & Lucknow station building over Lucknow Division.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnoverof V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tenderin crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion ofwork for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractualturnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractualpayments" in the previous three financial years, as per the auditedbalance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year isyet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourthprevious year shall be considered for calculating average annualcontractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information asper Annexure-VIIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets dulycertified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from CharteredAccountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Tenderer shall have a valid Electrical Contractor's License issued in thename of the firm by any State Government and shall furnish/attach allthe particulars of the Electrical license along with their offer.

(a)The Tenderer must have successfully completed or substantiallycompleted any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07(seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in whichtender is invited: (i)Three similar works costing not less than the amountequal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii)Two similar workscosting not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of thetender, or (iii)One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to@10<37@ of advertised value of the tender. (b)(i) In case of tender forcomposite works (e.g. works involving more than one distinctcomponent, such as Civil Engineering works, S&T works, Electrical works,OHE works etc. and in the case of major bridges - substructure,superstructure etc.), tenderer must have successfully completed orsubstantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s)during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to theone in which tender is invited: (i)Three similar works costing not lessthan the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component oftender, or (iii)Two similar works costing not less than the amount equalto 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, or (iv)Onesimilar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertisedvalue of each component of tender. Note :- Work experience certificatefrom private individual shall not be considered. However, in addition towork experience certificate issued by any Govt. Organization, workexperience certificate issue by Public listed company having averageannual turnover of Rs. 500 crore and above in last 3 financial yearsexcluding the current financial year, listed on National Stock Exchange orBombay Stock Exchange, incorporated /registered at least 5 years priorto the date of closing of tender, shall also be considered provided thework experience certificate has been issued by a person authorized bythe Public listed company to issue such certificates. In case tenderersubmits work experience certificate issued by public listed company, thetenderer shall also submit along with work experience certificate, therelevant copy of work order, bill of quantities, bill wise details of paymentreceived duly certified by Chartered Accountant, TDS certificates for allpayments received and copy of final/last bill paid by company in supportof above work experience certificate.

Definition of similar nature of work:- For this tender the following workonly will be considered similar work for judging the technical eligibilitycriteria. "Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical works/General services works having a part of SITC of High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) fans with all accessories. OR Any of the OEM or Authorized Dealer of OEM for HVLS fans"

If firm ( Partnership Firm, Registered Society & Registered Trust)is required to submit Power of attorney it should be submitted asper given proforma enclosed in tender document.

if firm (Company registered under Companies Act 2013) isrequired to submit a copy of Authorization/Power of Attorneyissued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board ofDirectors) in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalfof the company and create liability against the company itshould be submitted as per given proforma enclosed in tenderdocument.

If firm LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) is required to submit acopy of Power of Attorney/Authorization issued by the LLP infavour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of the LLPand create liability against the LLP, it should be submitted as pergiven proforma enclosed in tender document
