M&L for reapair /maintenance of Wall mounted Bed Head Panel - 900 MM Long for 02 nos oxygen outlet , 01 no medical vacuum outlet and 02 nos BS 15 Amp standard electric switch and socket with double rail (Vertical) as per sample approved complete all as specified and directed. Make GHL/M.R. Engg Works Pvt Ltd / Aktive or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair DOL starter, 5HP(MU1) suitable for upto 5HP 3 phase, 415 volts AC supply motor complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L&T Cat part No SS-95647 or equivalent in siemens, schneider as approved by GE.

Opening of vacum pump and servicing of vaccum pump at Oxygen building complete by replacement of oil, coolent, V belts, greasing and oiling of parts and clening the inner body, tank, radiator etc by removing sludge etc and reassembling the vaccum after repair and replacement of unserviceable parts of vaccum pump and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Oil, coolent, v belts etc shall be inclusive in quoted rates.
