Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc., in all of soils, not kinds exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres. C.C. 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth (HSR.10.28)

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth(HSR 10.39)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth (HSR 10.41)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in first storey upto 4 meters above plinth level. (HSR 10.59)

Cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in slabs with inclination not exceeding 25 degree with horizontal, excluding steel reinforcement, but including centring and shuttering, laid in position complete in all respects (HSR 10.82+10.95a)

First class brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth.(HSR 11.4)

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (HSR 15.5)

Cement Pointing 1:2 deep variety on brick & tile work(15.60)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for R.C.C. works, where no included in the complete rate of R.C.C. including Straightening, bending, binding, wastage, oberlaps, welded joijts, space bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. From the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calculated in tones on the basis of IS-1732. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Providing, lowering, cutting, jointing and testing 600mm dia RCC pipe Class NP-3 as per IS 458-2003 with Spigot and socketed joints manufactured with ISI marked Sulphate Resistance Cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked , antitermite as required at site , into trenches, for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignments, gradients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches , if required , Jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc. as fully described in (HSR item No 29.38,29.44,29.45 & 29.46) including cartage , loading and unloading complete in all respects. Note:- Contractor shall supply bill of manufacture of pipes. Pipes should bear name of manufacturer and ISI mark along with bill duly valid ISI certificate of manufacturer should be supply. Without these bills certificate no payment shall be released.

Earth filling with all lead and lift behind retaining wall including laying in 20cm layers with dressing and watering complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (NS)
