Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of Up to 35 sq.mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one no PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/HUME/Metal pipe as required.

Laying and fixing of one no PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq.mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) size on wall surface/metal truss as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C*16 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Erection of metallic pole of height above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre in cement conrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply & embedding 40 mm diameter, "B" class G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.

Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

SITC of Power Distribution Box (PDB) made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel for frame work and cover, 3mm thick detachable gland plate,with base channel, dust, vermin proof, compartmentalized front access, welded construction, 7 tank process, powder coated finish for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply having the following as per IS standard for operating in Outdoor. INCOMER: a. Incomer 40 A, TPN, 10 kA braking capacity “C ” Curve MCB ---- 1 set c. RYB Indication Lamps, MCB ON Indication lamp . ….. 1 set Control circuit wiring: Minimum size of 1.5sq.mm PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor for control circuits & 2.5sq,mm copper wire for CT wiring. Bus bar: 63A TPN , copper bus bar with current density of 1A per sq.mm with heat shrinkable, colored sleeves with DMC/SMC bus bar supports. Earthing: 25 X 6 mm Copper earth bus throughout the length of the panel with double earth terminal should be provided on both side of the panel. Supply and fixing of 16A 3 pin 230V single phase Flame proof combined switch, socket and plug unit, encloed in aluminium die cast housing with IP 65 protection certified by IS/IEC 60529-2001 and complete with all accessories as required.

Supply and fixing of 16A double pole 230V single phase Flame proof switch, enclosed in aluminium die cast housing with IP 65 protection certified by IS/IEC 60529-2001 and complete with all accessories as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of flameproof bay fitting 60W 230 V, 50 Hz, colour temperature of 5700 degree kelvin to 6500 degree kelvin, LED light fitting with luminous efficiency 100 Lm / watt or better,IP-66, die cast housing with aluminium heat resistant toughened glass enclosure suitable for gas/vapour resistant. The luminiare shall be fixed on steel structured truss using necessary mounting bracket, fastners etc,. all complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of flameproof 45W 230 V, 50 Hz, colour temperature of 5700 degree kelvin to 6500 degree kelvin, LED Street light fitting with luminous efficiency 100 Lm / watt or better,IP-66, die cast housing with aluminium heat resistant toughened glass enclosure suitable for gas/vapour resistant. The luminiare shall be fixed on existing pipe braket of 50mm dia using necessary mounting accessories& fastners etc,. all complete as required.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of maintenace free earth pit of GI dual pipe of 2000mm long (min)75mm dia as outer pipe with (min)45mm dia of inner pipe of 80-100 microns galvanized, filled with highly conducting metallic compounds with the permanent sealing at both the ends and lead terminal of 50 X 8 mm size at the top the length of the electrode shall be 2000 mm excluding the lead terminal and the length of the lead terminal at the top shall be 100 mm. To ensure the moisture content and electrical conductivity, resistance lowering grounding minerals shall be filled around the electrode (min 25kgs). Heavy duty weather proof plastic earth pit chamber with cover of dimension 250mm dia (top), 330mm dia(bottom) and 260mm (height) shall be used, Numbering of pit and measured value shall be written with weather proof painting or stickering.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of maintenace free earth pit of GI pipe of 1000mm long (min)45mm dia, filled with highly conducting metallic compounds with the permanent sealing at both the ends and lead terminal of 30X4 mm size at the top the length of the electrode shall be 1000 mm excluding the lead terminal and the length of the lead terminal at the top shall be minimum 50mm. To ensure the moisture content and electrical conductivity, resistance lowering grounding minerals shall be filled around the electrode of (min15 Kg) .Heavy duty weather proof plastic earth pit chamber with cover of dimension 160mm dia (top), 240mm dia(bottom) and 230mm (height) shall be used, Numbering of pit and measured value written with weather proof painting or stickering.

Supply of conventional street light pole swaged with a conventional single arm bracket suitable for street lighting cut off lantern. The pole shall be made out of GI and provided with foundation base (include anchoring hook, nut, bolt etc) and bracket assembly secured on top of the pole having 2 annular rings with allen grub screws. The pole also have built in cylindrical GI control box with service door and control gear tray with 6A,”C” series single pole MCB, terminal connectors for loop in and loop out suitable for 415V, 50Hz supply. The entire street light pole and bracket shall be coated with epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finish with polyurethane based paint of black colour. The height of the pole along with conventional bracket shall be 6mtr.

Supplying and fixing of 50 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (light class) bracket for mounting of LED Flame proof street light fitting on building wall / truss including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos of 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts , bolts washer & accessories, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.
