WORK FOR TOWER SHIFTING(B+0) TYPE SC TOWER LOCATION NO. 41, OF 132 KV NEHTAUR-CHANDPUR LINE UNDER ETD BIJNOR

(SCHEDULE Q-1, SUPPLY) TOWERS Fabrication, Galvanising, Inspection & supply of 132KV DB+0/+5 only tower extensions (B+5) including stubs, nut & bolts. Note: Template to be arranged by contractor at his own cost and all hardware fittings will be provided by the department free of cost.

Pipe Type Earthing Material.

(SCHEDULE Q-2, WORK) Cost of excavation of 132 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling watering and leveling.(B+5)Tower.

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding cost of concreting and excavation (Rate per location) for following 132KV S/C towers:-

Cost of Concreting for all types of 132KV S/C tower foundation including cost of cement coarse sand, stone grid, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with l :2:4 mix concrete(RCC). PS Type

Erection of super structure of 132KV SC towers Including all works above ground level and fitting of danger, number & phase plate, Bird guard etc but excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware & accessories.

Tack weldling of all the bolts up to the height of one section or 5Mtr. from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks of 10mm/12 mm elctrode & applciation of Zinc rich point on the affected surface including cost of materials.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in R.C.C foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing binding etc.

Arragement of back stay at different location where ever is required with the help of 18mm. Wire rope at 3 phase separately to avoid tower collaps/bend at the time the de-stringing of conductor

Dismantling of all 3 phase of existing ACSR panther conductor, all hardware fittings & conductor accessories e.g. armour rod, vibration dampers, insulator strings etc. of existing line and re-rolling of dismantled conductor on empty drums for re-use, safety transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL stores.

De-stringing of OPGW wire from B-type tower & holding on.

Dismantling of B Type Tower. After cutting of bolt with all safety and precatution along with associate work.

Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing etc of ACSR Panther Conductor & OPGW wire including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fittings Armour rods, vibration dampers etc on all three phases of 132 KV SC lines.

Grounding work including earth work etc. for pipe type earthing including of coke& salt, earthing material

Carriage of Miscellaneous Material required to site 132 kv Nehtaur(220)-Chandpur Line. conductor, hardware fittings, etc.from 132kv Chandpur/tajpur substation Store approx distance 15KM.
