Providing Material, Machineries and labour for repairing/leveling of wooden ceiling using same type of martials including all painting etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Including GST

Providing & fixing of 8mm thick and 75mm height skirting as per approved make & sample by Architect. Work complete including replacing damaged skirting, providing all type of material, hardware, loading, unloading, transportation, accessories etc. complete as per detailed drawings, specifications & instruction of Architect/EIC. (including GST).

Providing materials and labour for removing damage wall papers and replaced with same design. FIRE RETARDENT WALLPAPER WITH INSTALLATION. Rate shall be inclusive of all materials, loading, unloading, transportation, placing at all floors and for all leads, polishing and all accessories etc. as described in item description work complete as per the instruction of Client/EIC.

Polishing with french polish on previously polished wood and wood based surface to give an even surface including cleaning, the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint, to give an even shade including cleaning the of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Cleaning of Terrace surface and filling the crack with crack seal chemical and applying one coat of Asian primer and two coat of Damp proof chemical of Asian brand etc. complete water proofing work with materials and labour charges. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (MR @ 140/-)

Providing materials and labour for insulation with standard material for UPVC pipe used for hot water on terrace etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Including GST 50mm dia

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.
