Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregates) as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L applying for Dr. Fixit bathseal system over the sunken portion floor of bathroom , with the products in the "Kit' as details below ( Work Shall be carried out by only authrosied applicator ) (i ) Dr. Fixit bathseal 2K WPC - Acrylic elastomeric cementitious waterproof coating for sunken portion Floor and walls in bathroom. Note:- In the case of non execution of work within 3days after demolition of sunken portion of toilet recovery will be effected 1000 Rs per day .

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring with smooth surface finished complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises completed all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 completed all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Glazed colour ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 completed all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking up or down 15mm steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to stores completed all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down 20mm steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to stores completed all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 20mm outer diaCPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 including necessary fitting (Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Union) on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge. Make-Apollo/Finolex/Astral

S&F Double wall corrugated drain pipe, DWCPE (SN8) 180 mm outer diameter an 163 mm inner diameter (ISI marked) laid in trenches including jointing as per manufacture's instructioncomplete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 16 of tender documents.
