Outer colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Exterior/ Interior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior/ Interior emulsion water based primer exterior/ Interior surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, Labour, Lead&Lift, Hanging scaffolting, safety belt etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty wherever required as directed by the department officer at site.
